@JetBlue The worst communication and resolution process I’ve ever experienced after flight diversion. And I booked Mint! No info on luggage, reimbursement, compensation. Maybe received two emails in the last twelve hours which lowered initial transport stipend - thanks.
What a surprise - @jetblue X response was in line or even worse than the rest of the experience. I’m not quite certain their representative can read given the response which focused on apologizing for a delay 🤦♂️
Also it seems that X has hidden replies and guess what - @jetblue has not responded to private messages.
