The world must unite to stop the coup! Read this.
Statement of the Ordo Iuris Institute for Legal Culture on the Forcible Seizure of the Seat of the Constitutional Tribunal The Ordo Iuris Institute for Legal Culture expresses its gravest concern at, and firm opposition to, the forcible takeover of the seat of the Constitutional Tribunal. On 30 October 2026, police officers took control of the empty building of the Tribunal and have since been denying the Tribunal’s security staff, the Vice-President of the Tribunal and its Director entry to the premises. We recall that under Article 128 § 1 of the Polish Penal Code (Kodeks karny), anyone who, with the intent of removing a constitutional organ of the Republic of Poland by force, engages in activity directly aimed at achieving that objective is liable to a penalty of up to 20 years’ imprisonment. The Ordo Iuris Institute demands: 1. The immediate withdrawal of police officers from the seat of the Constitutional Tribunal and the restoration of full access to the building for the Tribunal’s organs and staff; 2. The disclosure of the legal basis for the actions taken and of the identity of those who ordered them, together with the political accountability of the members of the Council of Ministers concerned; 3. The immediate initiation of proceedings by the public prosecutor’s office in respect of the attack on a constitutional organ of the State (Article 128 of the Penal Code) and the abuse of powers by public officials (Article 231 of the Penal Code). We call upon all fellow Poles, at the moment of the gravest constitutional crisis in the history of the Third Republic of Poland, to stand in defence of the constitutional order and to repel the coup d’état. In this hour of trial, the eyes of citizens are turned towards the President of the Republic of Poland, who, upon receiving news from the capital, turned back his flight to Senegal and is now returning to his Homeland. It is in his hands that the Constitution places the task of guaranteeing the continuity of State authority (Article 126(1) of the Constitution) and of ensuring observance of the Constitution (Article 126(2) of the Constitution). With no great hope, the Institute calls upon the Venice Commission, the institutions of the European Union, the Council of Europe and the OSCE/ODIHR to respond urgently to the forcible assault on the constitutional court of a Member State. The very institutions which for years have declared their concern for the rule of law in Poland cannot remain silent when the executive, using armed units, seizes the seat of the constitutional court. When leftists destroy institutions, then they’re “restoring the rule of law”…
The stand off around Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal is about restoring rule of law to an institution which had been politicised by the populist government which lost power in the election of 2023. Its president repeatedly broke the law by steering politically sensitive cases to hand-picked judges. It failed to pass its own budget,

These are the same Marxists who want to destroy our countries, take away our liberties, and undermine democracy until only they can win.
Last month, Elissa Slotkin brags about how she went to Poland and Hungary and "brought home the playbook to get out of 'authoritarian' governments." WTAF. 🤯 The Deputy Foreign Minister of Poland, Radosław Sikorski is celebrating the globalist coup. Here he is last month alongside Elissa Slotkin. Are you awake yet?!

For those confused as to what’s happening in Poland right now… Imagine if Democrats won Congress, declared the Supreme Court didn't count anymore, ignored its rulings for 3 years, and then, a year before the next election, picked 8 new justices of their own, including a man their leader called his "right-hand man," and when the Republican president refused to swear them in, they swore themselves in and mailed him the paperwork, and when the Chief Justice said that wasn't legal and wouldn't seat them, they waited for a Friday night when the president was on a plane to Africa and had federal security officers who answer to a Democratic cabinet member walk 7 of them into the court through a back gate connected to the Democratic leader's own offices, where one of them announced she had "suspended" the Chief Justice, a move that even a law professor who openly can't stand him said had no legal basis, and then riot police blocked the Chief Justice from entering his own court, the court's website was taken over, the Attorney General moved that same night to strip his immunity so he could be prosecuted, the president had to turn his plane around mid-flight to come home, and the same people who spent years lecturing everyone about respecting the courts went online to say this was the rule of law, that it was painful, and that there was "no other way," which is roughly where Poland is tonight.

Oświadczenie Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej Karola Nawrockiego Tej nocy doszło do naruszenia porządku konstytucyjnego RP i siłowego przejęcia konstytucyjnego organu państwa. Do Trybunału Konstytucyjnego umożliwiłem wejście legalnie urzędującego wiceprezesa Trybunału Konstytucyjnego sędziego Bartłomieja Sochańskiego.  W związku z zagrożeniem bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej na dziś zwołuję pilne konsultacje z udziałem przedstawicieli sił parlamentarnych w celu doprowadzenia do stabilizacji sytuacji politycznej i przywrócenia porządku konstytucyjnego.

To byłby zamach. Władza bezprawnie używa siły i policji, żeby sparaliżować konstytucyjny organ państwa. I pójdą.

HARDCORE PATRIOT and Catholic Polish President Karol Nawrocki not only turned his plane around to get back to Poland when Donald Tusk launched a coup on the Supreme Court, but he stormed his way into the court. Things are getting crazy. We need heroes like @NawrockiKn GO POLAND! 🇵🇱

Follow @TomaszFroelich Always been helpful to our cause. Don't listen to what libs say about him. They are liars.
Nearly two years ago I settled accounts with Donald Tusk unsparingly. With his actions today he has confirmed every warning I issued: “Mr Tusk, politicians like you are the greatest threat to European nations. While you were in opposition you attacked your own country’s sovereignty with the help of the EU. Now that you are back in power you are destroying the rule of law in Poland. Opposition figures are being hunted down and politically inconvenient court rulings are being overturned. Your media coup was illegal, and now you are threatening even more censorship on the internet. This increasingly resembles a regime. In a single year you have committed more breaches of the rule of law than PiS dared to attempt in eight years. The EU lets you get away with all of it, because you were always Brussels’ most obedient servant. And now you threaten to extend your work of destruction to the whole of Europe – mass migration, censorship, geopolitical escalation, wokeness, the Green Deal. You are one of the chief architects of all of this, even if you now pretend to know nothing about it. You are a Polish Angela Merkel. You are a Polish Ursula von der Leyen. And the worst part is that you are proud of it. That is bad for your country, Poland, and it is bad for our continent, Europe.”

You want to know how repressive and intolerant the Macron regime is in France? They won't even let my friend, Martin Sellner, enter the country to speak on remigration. They detained and deported him yesterday. Eurolibs proving @JDVance so right in Munich speech.
Merci à tous ceux qui me soutiennent.

This is nuts. Andorra saying that they will legalize abortion with. support of the Vatican. rtva.ad/noticies/salut-f/el-… “It was one of the executive's commitments. The Government will move forward with the decriminalization of abortion after years of meetings with the Holy See.” The Andorran government today announced the bill they will file tomorrow, implying that the Vatican has approved it. This is a major problem and we may need to act urgently. God bless you Msgr.

Today marks the anniversary of one of the most important battles in the history of Christendom. On the morning of October 28, 312 — after receiving a vision of a cross and hearing God say, “In this sign you shall conquer” — Constantine ordered his men to paint the Chi-Rho on their shields and prepare for battle.  He then defeated Maxentius at the Milvian Bridge and claimed Rome, the Eternal City.  Crediting his victory to God, Constantine went on to issue the Edict of Milan, legalizing Christianity across the Roman Empire. His statue now stands at the foot of the Scala Regia in the Vatican, a permanent monument to this great Christian leader who defended the Church.
