For a reason, I need to start w/ a GraphQL schema assembled at runtime and serve it with Rust modules but from dynamic data sources w/o resorting to static types. Juniper crate doesn't seem so appropriate for my purpose. Is there anybody who can share one's experience? @rustlang

My first #rustlang crate is out! crates.io/crates/intertrait. It enables direct inter-trait casting of trait objects. It's written for use in @codechain_io foundry project w/ key ideas taken from traitcast crate. Intertrait is intended to enhance in ergonomics over traitcast.

#BLS signature aggregation allows you to aggregate several digital signatures into one. @codechain_io Foundry is planning to adopt it to reduce the space consumed by signatures stored in block headers for #Tendermint. We succeeded to reduce from 1920 to 48 bytes.

Benchmark tests that compared the performance of the #BLS scheme with #Schnorr scheme tell us that the BLS scheme was 8 and 57 times slower than the Schnorr scheme when signing and verifying a single signature, respectively.

After months of R&D, I am happy to share #Tenderand, a randomized leader election in #Tendermint that we have implemented on #CodeChain. The test results show that it can effectively defend against DOS attacks in public blockchains. Here is my entry! medium.com/codechain/tendera…
