Someone clearly messed up by allowing the 19 year-old intern provide their thoughts, and I’m too lazy to continue on this point as I have this summer. So instead, I’m just going to plug an amazing piece by @ZachMAnalytics if you’re capable of reading. the411news.com/why-boston-is…
Starting to get SO tired of the Celtics hype... No shot people ACTUALLY believe a team with Paul George as their second option in 2026 will be a top 5 team in the NBA 😭😭

Drake Maye says he drinks alcohol fewer than 5 times a year, even though teammates and friends have flamed him and told him he was missing out, says he sees drinking as voluntarily making goals harder to reach β€œIt started from my dad, really. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him take a sip of alcohol. My brother Luke didn’t drink growing up. My brother Bo doesn’t drink. It’s something where I just followed people that I really admired. That’s my dad, my oldest brother Luke.” β€œI’ll get on the beach and have a piΓ±a colada, but I’m not one to drink. I probably drink less than five times a year, 10 times a year. I’ve been used to people I admire putting away something that I feel like can prohibit you from reaching your goals.” β€œIt’s always hard for me because people joke about, β€˜Man, you’re not one of the boys, having a drink. You’re missing out on a great time.’ But it’s become my ritual. Unless I’m on the beach and maybe get a piΓ±a colada, it’s not really something I enjoy.” β€œEven in college, I didn’t really have that itch to get out there and enjoy those things. Sure, I may have missed some of those nights with teammates or some college buddies, but at the end of the day, I don’t think it was worth it for me.”

Are we retarded as a nation? PE attendance in schools is now 25% in US high schools. Most schools have completely cut physical education programs. GONE! We want higher test scores, less depression, smarter children right? THE BODY AND MIND AREN’T SEPARATE! WHAT THE FUCK ARE WE THINKING? Bring back difficult and mandatory physical education classes.

After a lot of thought, I decided to rebrand. What started as a Celtics/Tatum account has turned into something much bigger, thanks to all of you guys. Going forward, this page will be centered around all NBA analytics, original research, player evaluation, Boston sports, and whatever else I find interesting. Same person. Same content. Just under my own name now. Appreciate everyone who’s been here so far. More to come. πŸ€ Old: MoggedByTatum New: ZachMAnalytics

🚨🚨🚨 ESPN sources: The Eagles are trading Pro-Bowl WR A.J. Brown to the Patriots for a 2028 first-round pick and a 2027 fifth-round pick that is the better of New England’s two fifths. The deal that has been speculated on for weeks now finally is happening. Brown and Patriots HC Mike Vrabel are reuniting.

Michael Porter Jr. on why things didn’t work out for Cam Thomas in Brooklyn and Milwaukee: "There's a lot more to sticking around in the NBA than just [scoring]. For Cam, I think it was a mixture of him being frustrated with a lot of things and also his personality... He doesn't really socialize... He'll say like two words all day, all practice. He doesn't really talk to anybody. I don't think he does it in a way where he's trying to be a bad teammate. I just think that's him. But when it comes to a team being willing to pay you and make you a number one option, it comes with so much more [responsibility]. I don't know if he was willing to break out of his personality and be talkative and try to be a leader and try to bring guys together. I think that's kind of what happened here in Brooklyn." Bruins lose the series… But I just doubled my net worth betting Alex Lyon over 23.5 saves because Pastrnak said they were going to shoot the puck a lot
