“The share of funding available to each refugee has decreased from $11 per month to only $4,” @cbeshay said.
The $11 amount was already insufficient to cover all the refugees’ needs & with the number of refugees doubling and funding shortfalls, the support has been reduced.
Most Sudanese refugee families in Egypt are headed by women. Funding cuts have forced mothers to choose between feeding their children or sending them to school, UN @Refugees agency says.

Nobody's running the freight math. From Brent $112 to $200 is another $88/bbl. Every $10/bbl adds roughly $0.24/gal diesel, and a cross-country load burns 450 gallons.
