Deputy Commissioner Shri Uttam Singh Reviews SIR-2026 Electoral Roll Revision Work in Gurugram
🗳️ Final Electoral Roll to Be Published on November 6, 2026
Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Shri Uttam Singh reviewed the progress of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR)-2026 of electoral rolls in Gurugram and directed officials to complete all pending procedures within the prescribed timelines, in accordance with the guidelines of the Election Commission of India.
Earlier, Haryana Chief Electoral Officer Shri A. Sreenivas reviewed the ongoing electoral roll revision work across the state through a video conference. Subsequently, the progress of various SIR-related activities in Gurugram district was discussed in detail.
The meeting reviewed claims and objections, cases related to Forms 6, 7 and 8, notice hearings, photo verification, and preparations for the publication of the final electoral roll.
✔️ Claims and objections to be disposed of by October 28, 2026.
✔️ Final electoral roll to be published on November 6, 2026.
✔️ 8,16,479 photographs verified and approved by Booth Level Officers (BLOs).
✔️ Progress of Forms 6, 7 and 8, notice hearings, photo verification, and other revision-related activities reviewed.
Deputy Commissioner Shri Uttam Singh directed the concerned officials to ensure document-based verification and timely disposal of all cases as per the prescribed rules, ensuring an accurate, transparent, and updated electoral roll.

राज्य स्तरीय आईटी प्रिज्म समिति ने करीब 738 करोड़ रुपये की दो परियोजनाओं को मंजूरी दी है। इनमें 269 करोड़ रुपये की हरियाणा डिजिटल कवच (H-SOC) और 469 करोड़ रुपये की हरियाणा राज्य डेटा सेंटर 2.0 (HSDC 2.0) परियोजनाएं शामिल हैं।
"इससे साइबर सुरक्षा मजबूत होगी और सरकारी डिजिटल सेवाएं अधिक सुरक्षित व विश्वसनीय बनेंगी।"
