I'm told the AMPTP's latest offer saw studios give in on all of the guild's AI demands, essentially as a trade to get SAG to drop its demand for a subscriber levy, tho the guild did ultimately get a slightly richer version of the WGA bonus structure, plus heavy gains in minimums.
