“One of the reasons it has taken so long for some people to finally see through Barack Obama is that people do not like to admit, even to themselves, that they have been played for fools by a slick-talking politician.”

98-Year-Old Man Buys His First Self-Driving Tesla Model Y And Is Blown Away
“I've been driving it probably 2-3 months, and it's not made an error in its driving. In fact, the other day it stopped - a chipmunk was crossing the road, and there was no other traffic, and it did not run over the chipmunk … For somebody that's 98-years-old, this is a real treat.”

Chris Rock makes a distinction here that more people need to hear.
We keep calling outrage culture a sensitivity problem. He says it’s a meanness problem. Those lead to completely different fixes.
If people were just sensitive, the answer would be to tiptoe around them. If they’re mean, the answer is to stop rewarding the pile-on. Context gets ignored because context kills the opportunity to be cruel.
His alternative costs nothing: ask “what did you mean by that?” before deciding to be angry.
Couldn’t agree more. Meanness found a costume.

"Today, the Big Five publishers are staffed almost entirely by women. According to the most recent data, more than 70 percent of staffers are women. More than 70 percent of editors are women. Even 70 percent of all interns are women. At the executive level, more than 60 percent of leaders are women. In 2026, American publishing looks like lululemon."

The BBC are truly awful
When Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May were flying high with Top Gear
The BBC tried to replace one of them with an "Ethnic Minority Presenter" for diversity reasons
This is literally their plan to end democracy in America
The playbook will go something like this: 1) win back the House and Senate, and hopefully the Presidency in 2028; (2) admit DC and Puerto Rico as states, which doesn’t need a constitutional amendment, to gain 4 new Senate seats and cement control; (3) pack the Court, which only requires a change to the Judiciary Act of 1869, not a constitutional amendment; (4) eliminate the electoral college, which is unconstitutional, but not when you have a rigged court that finds the ‘loophole’; (5) flood the country with pliant migrants, swamp the natives, and hold power indefinitely.

🔥 🇫🇷 CHAOS INC.: MEET THE ANTIFA 50 🔥
FIRST ON FOX: In 2020, former FBI Director Christopher Wray told Congress that Antifa was “not a group or an organization” but rather “a movement or an ideology.”
Well, last weekend in France, I saw their flags in the riots.
I was there when @MrAndyNgo built a beat investigating Antifa around the world. I knew there was more to investigate behind the idea that Antifa was simply an “ideology.”
So I spent long nights this past week buried in Telegram and Signal chats, online dispatches, Instagram calls to action and conversations with experts on France.
VOILÀ! (Pun intended.)
I mapped the ANTIFA network inside that much larger coalition.
🔴 287 groups and local chapters
⚫ 50 explicitly Antifa / antifascist groups
🔨 27 communist / socialist / Trotskyist groups
🎓 JUST 27 student / youth groups — about 1 in 10
✊ 24 labor unions
🇵🇸 11 Palestine solidarity groups

At @FoxNews Digital, we now have a live database mapping 287 GROUPS and local chapters in France’s expanding protest ecosystem as activists mobilize for another weekend of demonstrations targeting the government of @EmmanuelMacron and coinciding with @MLP_officiel’s National Rally congress.

TWO FRONTS
Agitators are mobilizing on TWO fronts:
🔴🟢 Marine Le Pen’s National Rally congress in Orléans, south of Paris, where activists are building an “antifascist village.”
🔴🟢 Nationwide “ACTE II,” with 649 planned actions as of early Friday morning in Paris, including activity around Paris hotspots, 21 train stations, three ports, two oil depots and one refinery.
And behind the street theater?
Buses. Fundraising. Printed materials. Sound trucks. Signal channels. Transportation networks. An online mobilization hub.
A complex logistical infrastructure makes these riots happen. They're not "student-led," "organic" or "grassroots."

Lex Fridman interviews a PHP security researcher
Lex: My guest today discovered a critical vulnerability in PHP. What is a vulnerability.
Researcher: A weakness that allows an attacker to compromise a system.
Lex: But aren't we all vulnerable.
Researcher: Yes, but
Lex: Is love a vulnerability.
Researcher: We're talking about remote code execution.
Lex: Could an attacker remotely execute love.
Researcher: No.
Lex: Stalin executed millions.
Researcher: What does that have to do with
Lex: Do you think Stalin was happy.
Researcher: I have absolutely no idea.
Lex: Fascinating. We're 3 hours in. Let's talk about consciousness.
