Dreams do come true ! The AHR Bill passed the final Séanad stage which will include provision for both domestic + international surrogacy . Meaning I will finally be recognised as my twins mother under law. Thank you to @IrishFamiliesTS, @SeeryKearney + @DonnellyStephen
