A year ago today, I took a leap of faith and resigned from my full-time job to go back to school. It wasn't easy- the freelance opportunities were few and far between. Today, as I reflect, I'm so grateful for the opportunities from those who saw the value in my skillset. (1/5)

Calories in patty is a myth. It’s actually a calorie free food. Coco bread too. Calories don’t count, and they especially don’t count if your coming from a doctors appointment. And in the event that you are, that’s the only time the orange juice doesn’t have calories either.
I would like to see an adult support group for adults with ADHD in Barbados but I will most likely get overstimulated and mute the group chat and opt out of the meet ups because I don’t feel like being social that day 😭😭😭
