You can decide your account size, loss limits, profit split and payout cap. The fee adjusts depending on the options you pick. Spent some time digging into how the @carrotfunding challenge actually works breaking it down stage by stage. It's a 2 Phase structure. Phase one is the Evaluation hit a 5% profit target without breaking the account's risk limits. Clear that, and you move to Verification, where the bar goes up to 8%. Get through both and you're in as a Funded Trader, where Carrotfunding pays out 80% of profits to you. Leveraged tokens vs perps on Hyperliquid tried it myself this week. Bought my first leveraged token position instead of running it as a perp. No liquidation price to watch, no margin to keep stalking it's just an ERC-20 sitting in my wallet after two txns (approve, then buy). The difference shows up in the data too: on Jan 21 comparison, a 5x $HYPE perp de-levered to ~1.4x mid-trend and returned +807%, while the matching leveraged token held near target and returned +4,048%. Tokens rebalance to stay at target leverage perps drift as your PnL moves. In chop, that same rebalancing can eat into returns, so it's not a one-way win.
