There's no clothes I can buy
Make me feel like myself

So I put on clothes
To make me look like someone else

The fact that neocons and the deep state in Washington, Brussels, and London, who are willing to sacrifice Ukraine on the altar of weakening Russia, won’t bat an eye as Ukraine wastes away comes as no surprise to me. But the fact that Ukrainians are so energetically climbing to the top of the Temple of Kukulcan is both suicidal and inexplicable.
Demographics are destiny, esp with universal suffrage. The rest of this century is going to be dominated by authoritarian regimes. Every democracy eventually drifts to the left and implodes. Eternal victims, whom the left represents, think everyone owes them and dominate nothing.

BREAKING: UK court bans women from porn. Men still permitted to play the women parts.
I had a nightmare that my MD turned Cantonese and was making me solve the exact St Petersburg 2009 math Olympiad I did really poorly on back in the day. He had a stopwatch too to make things extra stressful. Tis the spooky season, indeed

💔 First footage from occupied Oleshky
Exhausted residents, with tears in their eyes, thank Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets.
“I’m now speaking with local residents to learn about their needs and understand what kind of help they need most,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
527 residents of Oleshky are expected to be evacuated to Ukraine via Belarus.
That’s because Russia is a sovereign state which funds its own war effort and the overall budget internally. Ukraine cannot cover even a half of its budget and relies on external foreign financing. He who pays the piper calls the tune.

Simply untrue. Leopard print (esp on coats, loafers) is timeless and elegant. As it turns out with everything in life, it just looks better on hot people than ugly people
IT’S NOT FREE IF YOU’RE A NET TAX CONTRIBUTOR
I get so annoyed by posts like this.
People get sick. People get pregnant. Life happens. Unexpected things happen. And what exactly is the alternative? That people should just end up on the street because life didn’t go according to plan?
It’s genuinely wild to me that this is even a debate.
You can say whatever you want about Europe, and people certainly love to talk about our taxes. But you know what? Our schools are free. Healthcare is free or affordable. Universities are free or heavily subsidized. Childcare is affordable. And if you lose your job or get sick, there’s a system in place to help you get back on your feet.
That’s the whole point. We have a social safety net because we understand that life doesn’t always go as planned.
And I genuinely believe that having that protection should be a basic human right, not a privilege.
Now, if you want to talk about how Europe can make it easier for startups to grow, attract investment, or build successful companies, I’m all for that conversation. There’s plenty we can improve.
But please, let’s stop acting like our social welfare system is the problem.
It’s one of the things we should be most proud of.
