Remember, not too long ago, brands said it wasn't worth giving you early access. You didn't deserve review codes because you weren't press, and they couldn't trust you with interviews, previews, and promotional campaigns.
- Now all the work you do is nearly 50% of every single marketing team's focus.
- Your favorite AAA brands spend $5-$25 million a year just to promote games with creators and streamers
- Look at how many folks who used to work for the big press outlets are now content creators
- and now, recognize the trust placed in communities over traditional media
It's not perfect; it's still in motion, and we're still figuring things out, but don't for a second assume what you're building isn't valuable. Don't be deterred by the macro creators getting 7-figure deals. Lean into your work and what you want to build, and the rest comes.

We just released our first hotfix on PC and PlayStation 5! Read more below. 👇
It fixes several issues that could cause random crashes, as well as a dynamic lighting issue that caused brightness problems indoors. And, specifically for our PS5 users, we fixed a crash that could occur when refreshing the list of available online sessions. 💪
We also fixed the "Fire Wisp" scroll to always be level 27, rather than scaling to much higher levels. Before, the damage scaling would become ridiculous in the end game, and this should prevent that. 🔥
For the owners of the Deluxe Upgrade Pack, we made a few updates to the artbook and world map. 🗺️
And, as a final note, we are currently observing an issue with sound, specifically reverb in large halls or rooms, and with the dynamically lowered gameplay sounds while lore voice-over is playing. The issue only occurs when the master volume slider is lower than 100%. Until we have a fix, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND keeping the master volume slider at 100%, and regulating the volume with your TV or Windows sound settings as needed.🫡
