$OTC creator fees will be used to purchase $OTC tokens and list them at discounted prices on otc.bargains/. this will incentivize people to use the exchange, giving traders an opportunity to buy $OTC below market price through over-the-counter offers. they'll be used to help grow the OTC marketplace.

OTC trading shouldn't require handing over custody of your bags to someone you've never met. that's why otc.bargains/ uses Solana's native token delegation system. when you create an offer, you authorize a specific amount of tokens to be transferred, but they never leave your wallet while the offer is open. once someone accepts, both sides of the trade settle atomically. the buyer receives the tokens and the seller receives the SOL, or neither transfer happens. this means you can negotiate and trade entire memecoin positions directly between wallets, without depositing funds into escrow or routing trades through liquidity pools. over-the-counter trading without the middleman holding your money.
