Because 135% APY on your stablecoins is not high enough, we're adding staked swanUSD as FiRM collateral. You will be able to lever up 6.6x and earn >800% APY at max leverage, based on present numbers. Live next week. inverse.finance/governance/d…

Most stablecoins are built for good days. Monolith is built to withstand the worst.

FiRM is *still* the only lending protocol with a daily borrow limit. If Aave had it, both this and the Kelp incident would've been significantly limited. But apparently losing hundreds of millions is not enough incentive for Aave to learn proper risk management.
The remaining pooled lending projects like @aave v3, @Compound_xyz , and @VenusProtocol should really consider rate limiting large borrows - theres ways to do this without impacting 99% of users and legitimate use cases. Fluid and Kamino already implement this to an extent, the other lending protocols could do a lot to learn from them and develop their own methods - otherwise they will continue to be prime targets for hackers to get exit liquidity

sSWAN staking APR is about to change 🦢 Proposal SwanUSD-1 raises quorum to 200,000 sSWAN, appoints a gov guardian, and clears the way for @InverseFinance's TWG to unstake most of its sSWAN. The revenue is growing. TWG keeps oversight, stops farming. Do the math. Voting opens 29 Oct, ends 3 Nov. app.monolith.market/1/coin/2…

A proposal to double the borrow cap in @llamalend's sDOLA market to 25M has passed via @CurveFinance governance late last week. More room for one of the deepest ethereum:0xb45ad160634c528cc3d2926d9807104fa3157305 venues on mainnet. Currently printing a max of +90% APY net of borrowing costs. curve.finance/lend/ethereum/…

If you like gud tech, join Swan DAO :)
Love seeing this! 🦢 Happy to support @MonolithMarket and be part of this new DeFi experiment. Saw the announcement from Convex, checked my wallet and found myself on the SWAN airdrop snapshot list thanks to my vlCVX and veCRV positions. Nice surprise! So I decided to give it a try. Swapped $1,000 into swanUSD, deposited it to receive sSwanUSD, and staked that for additional SWAN rewards. 👀 Now I'm farming SWAN while working toward the seven-day holding requirement. Already watching the rewards accumulate. But honestly, the airdrop isn't even the most interesting part. I've been digging into Monolith, and I love the idea behind it. Imagine launching your own crypto-backed stablecoin, creating a DAO with its own governance token, treasury, voting system and revenue sharing. Basically, building your own little onchain financial system. Pretty wild! And there's some great history here. Monolith was developed with support from @InverseFinance, the ecosystem behind DOLA, sDOLA and the legendary INV airdrop in 2021, when some early participants saw six-figure allocations. Does that mean SWAN will deliver anything similar? Absolutely not. I'm going into this with zero expectations. I simply enjoy supporting builders, experimenting with new protocols and understanding the economics behind them. I already use DOLA and sDOLA in my stablecoin cash-flow strategies, so exploring Monolith feels like a natural next step. And I'm especially interested in the DAO-building side. I have a few ideas of my own that could eventually benefit from this kind of infrastructure. There's something exciting about watching tools that once required entire development teams become accessible to almost anyone. Of course, it's still early, and the capital is exposed to real risks. But that's part of why I enjoy exploring DeFi. Not just hunting for rewards, but discovering what people are building and where finance might be heading. I'll keep experimenting and sharing what I find. Love this stuff! 🦢

If you’re a builder who needs a bug bounty, you should try Mantis. We have too many bug hunters now for just 2 listed bounties.
Mantis, two weeks in. 95 bug reports from 27 hunters, up from 41 and 15 at week one. Both bounties, Inverse Finance and the Monolith Stablecoin Factory, are still open with up to $100K for critical bugs. mantis.inverse.finance

We've designed the SWAN airdrop to maximize the number of unique users over TVL. It's only day 4, and over 80 people now hold and stake $1000 of swanUSD or more. If you're a holder of @CurveFinance, @ConvexFinance, @StakeDAOHQ, @yearnfi or @InverseFinance, you are still eligible for the airdrop. If you don't participate before November 12, it will expire.
