🚩🇷🇺 The "Sever" (North) group has liberated Barilovka!
As a result of decisive offensive operations, assault groups from the 41st Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 44th Army Corps (part of the "Sever" group) have driven units of the 116th Territorial Defense Brigade out of the settlement of Barilovka in the Sumy region.
The liberation of Barilovka has effectively cut off the supply lines for the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) garrison in Velikaya Rybitsa and Grunovka.

[Tesla Semi catches fire on I-880 in Hayward, CA]
- On Oct 27, around 5:35–5:45 p.m. local time, a Tesla Semi's lithium-ion battery caught fire in the southbound lanes of I-880 near Route 92 in Hayward.
- The California Highway Patrol (CHP) closed both directions due to the risk of hazardous chemical smoke. Northbound reopened at about 8:40 p.m.
- CHP said the battery fire could burn for 15–18 hours, and southbound would stay closed until it was out and the truck was safe to remove.
- No injuries were reported and no other vehicles were involved. The driver said the truck simply caught fire. The cause is under investigation.

Russia’s Generalissimo Suvorov nuclear-powered strategic missile submarine has launched a Bulava intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) from a submerged position in the Sea of Okhotsk.
The missile was fired as part of scheduled combat training. The missile’s warheads reportedly reached the designated test range at the scheduled time.

The dominant view in Tehran is that the next conflict with the U.S. must be so costly that no future American president would dare try again.
Iranian officials are openly talking about broader strikes on regional energy infrastructure, U.S. assets and potentially a prolonged war designed to impose maximum economic pain.
In other words: Washington may want a short war.
Tehran is preparing to make sure it doesn’t get one.

BIG: The U.S. has warned several Gulf countries to prepare for a possible short, intense military campaign against Iran after the November midterm elections.
U.S. forces are reinforcing missile defenses, restocking ammunition and preparing bombers and fighter jets for potential strikes.
Trump is reportedly leaning toward a major attack targeting Iranian infrastructure and nuclear sites but has not made a final decision.
Israel is also preparing for renewed strikes.

All three major exit polls put his bloc at just 50 seats, with Gadi Eisenkot's Change bloc on 52–53.
Meanwhile, Arab parties are projected to hold another 17–18 seats.
That's the extraordinary part: neither major bloc can govern alone, and those Arab parties could become crucial to breaking the deadlock.

BREAKING: Flávio Bolsonaro has reportedly fled Brazil for the U.S. two days after losing the presidential election to Lula, according to allies cited by Folha de S.Paulo.
His flight is expected to land within hours, although his whereabouts remain unconfirmed.
The senator allegedly traveled through Argentina after a Supreme Court judge ordered him to surrender his Brazilian and Italian passports.
He faces two criminal investigations and will lose his parliamentary immunity in February.
