At least two wealthy men died on the Titanic: John Jacob Astor IV and Benjamin Guggenheim. Neither was a prominent open advocate for the Federal Reserve or any equivalent national reserve plan.
J.P. Morgan controlled the company that owned the White Star Line and thus the Titanic. He had booked a suite but canceled the voyage for business and personal reasons.
Morgan was also a major figure in the banking reforms that produced the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.
As a leading international financier of the era, he had business dealings with various European banking houses, including the Rothschilds.
The Titanic sank in 1912, the Federal Reserve was created in 1913, and World War I broke out in 1914.
Without the Federal Reserve in place, American involvement in the war would not have been easily possible, because financing would likely have depended on public bonds, which the population could have refused to purchase if they did not support the war.

I isolate myself more than people realize. Not because I hate people, but because sometimes I’m genuinely terrified of the world we’re living in. And don’t even get me started on the pharmaceutical industry…..
I LIVED IT. I SURVIVED IT. I WITHDREW FROM IT.
15+ years of my life spent dealing with medications, side effects, withdrawal, and consequences I never imagined I’d have to fight through. And now that I’m on the other side, I’m ANGRY. Angry that I trusted people with my health. Angry about the years I can’t get back. Angry that patients aren’t always told the full story about the risks. We live in a country where I believe profit has become more important than people. And the scariest part? Our children are growing up in this system. I say “our” but birth control probably ruined that ability for me too .. I’m not saying every medication is bad.
