Update Post After serving the minimum punishment part of the sentence imposed on him, Luke Mitchell has a parole hearing today (Mon 15/4). It is extremely unlikely that he will be granted parole. Luke has accepted this and We, alongside all of you will not stop fighting to help him clear his name. Psychology Reports Luke was assessed before moving to Greenock prison (an open prison that also houses female prisoners) and has even undergone personality tests, including the psychopathy checklist. The findings from these tests show no abnormalities. In anticipation of the parole hearing, a fresh psychological evaluation was commissioned to evaluate the risk. However, this report departed from focusing on Luke Mitchell and his previous assessments. Instead, it centered on the "offender" and the expected behaviour of Jodi Jones's killer. Despite Luke's innocence, this approach continues to portray him in a false light.
