This is so cool
Someone needs to stop Claude Opus 5.5. It turned one picture into a robot octopus I can take apart piece by piece. i just said "make the model" and what came back floored me. the build: > the picture set the look, every petal, lens and link is three.js code > opus rendered one still next to the picture and fixed the gaps for 3 rounds before it touched the film > the first pass looked like a toy, so it went back and packed 202 links and 480 wheels into 8 arms > every arm is one draw call, posed every frame by walking its chain of bends > something opens every 2-3 seconds: the lens unscrews, the mantle hinges, the pump rises out spinning > at 0:16 the whole thing blows apart on a 330° turntable and reassembles before the turn ends 25 seconds, 2,616 lines of code and one octopus that leaves the frame on its own. the skill, the prompt and the live sim 👇

Bootstrapping time 🚀
Funding rounds aren't milestones. It shouldn't be your goal to raise a series A. It should be your goal not to need to.

Jensen Huang in 2003: “The goal of winning is so you can play again.” “It’s just like pinball. If you can just play well enough to get another game, you can be there for a long time.”
What's the # 1 trait of the world’s greatest leaders? “These are people whose greatest prize in winning the current game is gaining the right & invitation to play the next game.”

I missed my iPhone 4
Sam Altman in June 2010, unboxing an iPhone 4 two days before it went on sale: "I am super, super excited. I am an admitted fanboy and proud of it." He was 25. Running Loopt, a location-sharing app for phones. Fast forward 15 years: OpenAI pays $6.5 billion to acquire Jony Ive's startup. The guy who was geeking out over Apple hardware before it dropped is now the one cutting $6.5B deals with Apple's legendary design chief. The fanboyism wasn't a phase. It was a signal.

Motivational
Whenever I feel demotivated i rewatch this... Elon Musk in a living room in 2008, 12 days from bankruptcy, pitching a $109,000 car to people...

We're thrilled to announce the Superpower Peptide Library. Every peptide, mapped to the body. 152 peptides, from approved drugs to compounds still in trials, sorted by where they act. Each one has its own page, reviewed by a physician and fully cited, covering: - the evidence and how strong it is - its FDA status - it's mechanism of action - what studies in humans have found Because not all peptides are equal. Semaglutide is FDA-approved. BPC-157, maybe the most talked-about peptide for recovery and repair, is not. In a 2025 review of its research, 35 of 36 studies were in animals or the lab. Know the science before you buy the hype. Check it out here: superpower.com/guides/peptid…

PCBs made in America. Twice as fast as Shenzhen. Today @CircuitHub is unveiling The Grid, our factory-scale robot in Massachusetts that builds circuit boards on demand. No changeovers, no per-design setup. Prototypes and production batches, fully automated.
