Never a harsh word was spoken between us.
The worst was us being huffy with each other & even that, seldom.
We had romance, passion, tenderness, laughter, trust, respect & a love that was infinite.

Aunties have decided to night bake with Lily.
I can hear them in the kitchen.
Lily is talking to them about what the Specialist said today & Aunties are listening & when asked offering their thoughts.
No one has opened a bottle of wine tonight and that astounds me😂

A weird Zoom Mtg with 🇨🇳 colleagues tonight.
AO, Luna & Brutus opted to stay by Lily’s side tonight instead of being part of Zm Mtg.
Brutus hasn’t left his Mum’s side since we got home.
Luna & AO staying close to him & Lily.

When Lily’s aptmt over I suggested we have ☕️🫖 before heading home.
She needed time to process & cry in car B4 getting home.
I drove to Ricketts Point Tea Rooms.
The drive there gave her time to cry then compose herself.
Over ☕️🫖 we didn’t talk about aptmt.
