Broooooooo
my current job isn't that hard. the actual work is never the problem. the truly exhausting part is managing other people's feelings, egos, and insecurities just to get through the day.

Your parents won't see you grow old. Your partner never knew you as a child, and your children won't remember you young. You are the only person who witnesses every version of yourself. Take care of yourself, value yourself and love yourself. You are your lifelong companion.

People that are white British can’t even pass GCSE English
Under the Earned Settlement model set out before Parliament today, the right to live in the UK permanently will no longer be granted automatically after five years. Instead, it will be earned. Under the reforms: ➡️The standard route to settlement will double from five to 10 years ➡️ People who enter illegally, including by small boat, face a wait of up to 30 years to settle ➡️ Care workers who meet the visa requirements will retain a five-year route ➡️ Higher earners on more than £50,000, skilled public service workers and refugees arriving on safe and legal routes will be able to settle in five years ➡️ Migrants who claim benefits face a 20-year wait for settlement ➡️ Migrants with a criminal record will be prevented from settling in the UK ➡️ Migrants will be required to meet A-level standard English to settle in the UK

Have a good week everyone and remember: Embarrassment only exists because we mistake vulnerability for humiliation. There’s nothing inherently shameful about trying, caring, reaching out, or being seen. We give other people’s perceptions far too much power over our existence.x

One thing about being an adult is realising that things don’t just work themselves out 😩 you actually have to keep putting in the effort to make things happen otherwise life will literally just pass you by omg

You want financial security? A house? A healthy relationship? Peace? Like you actually have to work on your habits, your mindset, your boundaries, your work ethic etc. 😭 It’s just crazy realising how much of adulthood is constantly having to work on something. I’m tired LOL
