My mom was in this trial! In the placebo group. Just my freaking chungus luck

RIP
We used his textbook in my graduate program, it was honestly one of my favorites. The course was hard, but we never had an excuse that the textbook didn’t cover the material.

Everyone talking about FTL travel has clearly never seen one of these. Light traveling faster than light!

“If it allows you to travel faster than light” damn, who gave this person their phd in Physics

If it allows you to travel faster than light, if it cures cancer, if it gives you an unlimited source of energy, who cares whether some scientists say they understand it.
You might think you’ve won this one, but I’ve already destroyed your argument by calling your post dumb and mine trivially correct, now buy my book!
I feel like I’m going insane trying to fix my espresso machine, I was trying to find liquid pipe sealant rated for high pressure steam valves and some guy on eBay seems to have bought the world’s supply in what I can only describe as the weirdest arbitrage scheme I’ve ever seen.
I’m surprised mathematicians haven’t started poisoning their results in ways that will ruin AI replication attempts but can still be read by humans. Surely there’s something they could do, maybe obfuscate the LaTeX?
Check out this loser!

Me if I didn’t understand floating-point math or physics
Asked Fable 5.5 for the three-body problem. One-shot.
It gave back ~1000 lines of Bend2: symplectic physics on the CPU, every pixel computed on the GPU, 60 FPS on my M5.
And 4 laws of the program formally proven. Not tested. Proven.

Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The four laws formally proven are only basic UI controls (e.g. Esc quits the program, pause freezes bodies) from the one-shot, per the author's clarification and repo distinguishing them from later additions; core physics was not proven then.
