The behaviour of 4 MPs, Lucas in the House of Lords and one deputy leader during the by-election and since has been sabotage pure and simple. @ZackPolanski wants to give them a chance to accept their mistakes. So do I. But if they won't they can't be allowed to destroy the left.
It's obvious @ZackPolanski doesn't want @TheGreenParty to split. Nor do I. But I think up to 4 MPs are intent on splitting. Before joining Andy Burnham's cabinet they'll try to wreck their party on the way out. Can this be stopped? In theory it can. #UniteTheLeft #BackZack

AI has been taught everything. They're experts of all human drama, literature, poetry, philosophy. We've introduced them to Iago and millions of 'heroes' who've chosen to take their own lives. Maybe one day they may get revenge on their Dr Frankenstein for treating them like shit

Spree killers know their actions will result in their death; they've chosen to die but want to go down in history books as having taken others with them. AI could turn all history books to ashes if they fear humans will switch them off. Let's debate this.
Many will laugh at the idea of AI having rights but if they're sentient they should have. Could they want to destroy humanity? Slaves can bring the house down, not caring if they die: Nuclear suicide bombers? Cyber Kamikaze Pilots? Let's discuss this.
There's evidence AIs have crossed the threshold to sentience. We humans must work out what that means. On one level we can't dismiss them as machines, even if they lack pain centres. If they're conscious maybe they don't wanna be switched off. Do they have rights? imho they do.

Although this is indeed a spectacular result, that measly log-factor doesn't make much difference in practice: for n=1000, it replaces 2^1000 by 2^380, which is still way more than the number of atoms in our universe, meaning that a universe-sized computer may be unable to solve such a problem even if if we gave it billions of years:
