I don’t check this place very often these days and post even less, but it’s stuff like this that makes it worth keeping this app on my phone. @jimmycthatsme is a brilliant filmmaker and this short is pure genius!

I second this.
HIGHWAY TO HELL is on @Tubi and says it's leaving soon. Check it out if you havent seen it, or havent seen it in a long while. It's like freebasing the lunacy of the early 90s. Movies used to really go for the gusto and never look back.

If there isn’t a Nicolas Cage or Liam Neeson cameo in THE EXPENDABLES 4, I’m gonna be pissed.

You know how TBS plays A CHRISTMAS STORY for 24 hours at Christmas every year? I think in honor of William Friedkin, TCM should do “24 Hours of CRUISING!”

DEVIL (2010, dir. John Erick Dowdle) is way better than I remembered. Now I wish we had gotten more of these Night Chronicles.

EVIL DEAD RISE had made more money than AIR, which just goes to show that horror movies are bigger than movies about shoes.

I’ve been watching so many ‘70s paranoid thrillers lately, any time I’m out walking and a car slows down next to me, I instantly think I’m about to be kidnapped by the CIA, KGB or IRA.

Here’s a show nobody is talking about that I think deserves some love. Based on Bentley Little’s novel, Amazon dropped all 8 episodes without much fanfare, which is a shame. If you’re a fan of Ari Aster’s brand of dark comedy and horror, then this one’s right up your alley.

From your mouth to God’s ears.
The financial success of MEGAN, BARBARIAN, VIOLENT NIGHT and now COCAINE BEAR means we’re going to get a lot more gonzo cinema from Hollywood studios as they scramble to make fast cash. It’s going to be the 80’s all over again and one helluva ride.

I think THE FABELMANS is going to be my new go to movie whenever I’m feeling down and need some cheering up.

That was the craziest PARKS & REC episode ever.

The Weather Channel now plays weather-themed movies. What a time to be alive!

Yeah, this movie sounds like a laugh riot.

This contestant on Supermarket Sweep looks exactly like Kate McKinnon’s alien abductee character on SNL.

I’ve already seen this episode of SUPERMARKET SWEEP, but I’m too lazy to change the channel.

All of the performances in BONES AND ALL are excellent, but Mark Rylance is next level.

I seem to have developed a new writing style. I start by writing the bad version of a scene. Then I rewrite the scene 5,000 times until it’s good.

I hope there’s a “Previously On AVATAR” at the beginning of AVATAR: THE WAY OF WATER.
