I understand that this singer was asked by the Dodgers to sing our National Anthem at the opening of the game, but she sang it in Spanish against their wishes to protest deportation. As an immigrant family, we use three languages in our home—Spanish is one of them. I don’t care who you are, how talented you are, or how many fvcking languages you speak or what nationality your parents are—first of all, you’re in the America. English is the official language of the United States, and this is a sporting event, not an arena for your political or foreign activism. The U.S. gave a home to her immigrant parents, and she was born here. She betrayed her own country. Fvck her and fvck everyone who supports this bullsh*t!
