My wife and I are building a deluxe 36x30 enclosed pole barn with (2) 12x30 lean-tos based on a complete kit from @RoofMetal. It fits in smaller spaces, handles easily, has powerful, but controllable torque, and drives in our @GRKFasteners with ease. As a Jan/San Specialist, many days include working in/around commercial dishwashers with hot water, and include mild alkalines and acids. Ben Hammond and Josh Jackson from @Pyramex showed me a waterproof, nitrile coated safety glove, their GL627C. I didn't think much of it, until I tried a pair myself. Amazing!... 😎 I know from experience, nitrile gloves are good for handling exposure to a wide range of chemicals, but often terrible at preventing heat transfer to my sensitive hands. I tested a pair while taking titration samples in the 160 degree wash water, and was amazed to discover that the waterproof, double-dipped, sandy coated, cut-resistant GL627C kept my hands dry, chemical free, and comfortable to work in, preventing me from exposure to the higher liquid temps of the commercial dishmachine. I can now even safely work around the 180 degree rinse temperatures, if I need to take temperature readings at the spray arms. Now, I doubt @Pyramex has tested this glove for an unusual work environment like mine, but I'm here to tell you, I haven't used anything like them in my 30+ years of experience in this industry.
