A great example of the self-inflicted wounds damaging African countries. A World Bank report estimates that corruption in Kenya adds nearly $3 billion, or the equivalent of 2% GDP, to Kenya's fiscal deficit every single year.
"Kenya's economy could be more than 20 times larger by 2035 if it introduced the sort of anti-corruption reforms seen in countries like Ghana and Senegal, and add 7.7 million more and better jobs."

The specific claim is accurate: Ronaldo never won the official Player of the Tournament award in a senior World Cup, Euro or Nations League Finals.
Calling him a failure is nonsense. He retires as all-time international top scorer (146 goals), most capped player, Euro 2016 winner, two-time Nations League champion, first man to score in six World Cups, five-time Ballon d'Or winner and Portugal's greatest ever.
