On X since 2009, never introduced myself. Fixing that. I’m Andrea. Italian, 9 years in Dublin, now Bangkok. Journalism, advertising, then social for brands. Never my own. Delivery lead building AI agents. They don’t get to post. Fuji street photos, paper books, long walks.

On X (Twitter back then) since 2009. Introduced myself this morning. 17 years is a long warm-up.

Twitter, then X to be precise

Seeing a lot of let's connect posts lately. No idea if @X actually rewards them, so I'm testing one. Let's connect! AI, X strategy, @Grok Bot teams, personal systems, the odd street photo. Results next week, good or embarrassing.

My rental flooded in September. One dated move-in photo did more for my deposit than my memory ever could. So I built Move Ready, a Grok bot that builds that record from day one. It drafts the letters. You send them. x.ai/bot/VwU2QpMdkEMR1zQ8gNI… View article

Thanks Matt. Only useful thing the flood left behind and the new place got its photos on day one.

I had 14 AI agents and couldn't decide which to cut, so I pulled the usage data. Three coaches showed zero because I talked to them directly. The travel agent showed zero because I never used it. I retired it and three editorial agents. Do you track which agents get used?

I made a @grok Bot template for renters. Move Ready keeps a dated photo record of your home, from move-in to move-out. Which template do you actually run every week? Paste the link. x.ai/bot/VwU2QpMdkEMR1zQ8gNI…

Introducing T3 Tots, your grok bot companion for T3 Code! everything you can do on T3 Code, it can do better. it's here to make your life easier, do the boring bits and only bring up the things that actually need you. i have been working with it intensively and it has changed how I work and I have never been more productive. if you use multiple computers, this is a lifesaver, you'll love it, trust me. please don't sue me @theo , i tried asking for permission but my dm got buried under hundreds more name credit: @poteto :)

Delivery lead in Bangkok. I run 11 Grok bots, each with one job, and none of them can post. I write up what holds up on real work, plus street photos at night. If you're testing AI on real work too, reply with what you're running. I'll read every one.

Between 10 July and 20 October I published 9 articles on draftandfocus.com. None of them got a post on X. On 23 October I set up three Grok Bot assistants to change that. They research, write and check. None of them can post. I want to read everything that goes out under my name. Scout reads, Drafty writes, Buddy checks Scout reads X every morning. It looks for posts in my niche that did unusually well, summarises my bookmarks and suggests ideas. Drafty writes. Every Monday it sends me 7 drafts for the week. When I find a post worth answering, I send it the link and it drafts a reply. Each draft gets a verdict before I see it: pass, fix or needs review. Buddy coordinates. Before anything else, it interviewed me and wrote a brand brief. Then it routes work between the other two and checks what they produce. The brief set the limits The brief says X is here to bring readers to the blog. I have about 30 minutes a day for it. That works out to 1 post and about 5 replies. The numbers were the useful part What helped most in the first two days was having my numbers explained. My original posts get a median of about 26 impressions. Replies reach more people. Posts that name a tool and say what happened to me do better than abstract one-liners about notes. On 23 October I replied about 40 times. Most of the account's reach that day came from those replies, not from my posts. Approving is still work On the first day I used the drafts marked pass without changing a word. I skipped the ones marked needs review. That's the setup working as planned. It also means I still read every line before it goes out, and that reading still takes time. I don't know yet whether any of this brings readers to the blog. The target is about 500 visits a month from X by October 2027. The first weekly report arrives on Monday. I wrote about connecting my phone to Grok Bot here: draftandfocus.com/the-missin…

I can keep one AI tool for a year. Claude, Codex, Gemini or Grok. I know my answer. What's yours?

Logging off early for once. Not feeling great, and somehow my body has already had enough of the week. It’s only Monday. Could we at least make it to Wednesday before falling apart? 😅
