To hate the Washington Primary is to hate evil itself. It should be as natural as breathing or blinking

I’m sorry but AOC would probably be smart to distance herself from national DSA when there’s a risk of them airing out dirty laundry and creating a scene just days before an election. Truly embarrassing, high school-type shit happening with Nithya Raman.

Are the pollsters actively trying to avoid being graded for pollster ratings?

I’m somewhat of the belief that AI over the next decade will be able to solve basically most to all of math and science (at least to o ur technological abilities) and part of me wants to go back and get a PhD just to *understand* the smallest fraction of what it is discovering

PSA: You can safely disregard any poll that was taken before the Cheesecake Factory joke. This is a Comey letter kind of moment.

The modeled electorate in many TX polls being ~6 points to the right of the projected environment is insane 🫪🙂‍↕️
Replying to @EyedonN
Right now the Republican 3/3s are loading their votes in right now - if everything follows the 2024 pattern, we should see the electorate stabilize somewhat now, so something like that. Maybe a point or two redder? If the polls are right, Talarico is competitive in R+14 electorates, and Hinojosa isn't far behind.

Fyi any objective analysis of the data shows Silver is right. The oppositions comes from Republicans (who are stupid) and Democrats (who wet the bed like a fucking toddler)

So the third-largest company on the planet is willing to cut 27% of its workforce due to AI, its stock rises on the news, and I’m supposed to believe this technology is great for the future of humanity?
Microsoft is offering buyouts to 60,000(!) employees. Headcount and revenue growth is really starting to diverge at tech companies.

Someone should make (or does anyone know of) a map that gives the ~time we'll know the winner in each state because I'm ass at remembering how fast each state counts its ballots

The worst part about KLB is that she makes flipping the GA state house far more difficult. Look at NC, who is about to have a huge wave down ballot
