woke up this morning thinking about @nigimmigration and boy, it still leaves a bitter taste what dealing with the service is even outside Nigeria where you’d expect higher service standards.
make i sha first collect my passport, I will write thread on you people’s head. 😤
the issue with crashouts like this is there's almost usually no coming back from it as far as the Nigerian music scene is concerned.
I really hope you get help and feel better. ❤️

We Muslims are celebrating when Muslims win elections in the United States and other Western countries. And rightly so.
The West has given us freedom, accepted us, allowed us to practise our religion, and even given Muslims the opportunity to hold important positions in government.
But let me ask a simple question:
Can Christians or other non-Muslims enjoy the same opportunities in countries governed by Sharia?
In some of these countries, we struggle to tolerate their houses of worship. We don't even allow them to openly preach their Gospel, let alone imagine giving them equal opportunities to participate in government.
Yet we celebrate religious freedom when it benefits us in the West.
Religious freedom cannot be something we demand for ourselves but deny others.
If we want the West to respect our rights, we must also be willing to respect the rights of others.

We don’t have constant electricity in 2026 dawg and there’s no plan to fix it in the near future. My first point to prove this country will never work. No country is developing without constant electricity.

If an African owned care company sponsors you for 10yrs in the UK, you’ll most likely be needing a bed space in that care home by the time you get your ILR.
You're on a £45k job with sponsorship that took blood and tears and hundreds of applications to get. You can't switch jobs at will even if they pay more because companies that want to sponsor are so few.
Now your hopes are dashed cos you have to do that same job for years and the chances of moving to another sponsored job that pays higher are so slim with the current job market.
it's just nuts.
to put things in context for the thick ones:
- You have to renew your visa every few years until the ten years are done. So visa costs + IHS fees. Worse if you’ve got a family so thousands of £ spent out of pocket for each renewal.
- You cannot switch jobs at will no matter how bad things at your current employment gets.
- Employers now wield all the power.
- The government now has precedent. They can change the rules again just around the time people are nearing their qualifying dates for settlement.
- It’s beyond politics cos people’s lives are at stake.
