This diagram shows why provenance and rights-cleared AI data matter. Most of the useful data left for AI comes from people rather than public websites, and using it without clear consent and licensing creates legal and compliance risk. The flow here closes that gap: a contributor gets a Trace receipt, access is controlled by Seal, the file is stored with Walrus, and payment returns to the person who provided it. That combination of verifiable origin, enforced rights, and compensation is what lets labs use real-world data responsibly instead of relying on scraped material with unclear rights
The lifecycle of data, as told by the DATA protocol → @SuiNetwork.

The decision to leave the independent L1 and join Sui makes sense once you look at what Trace is actually for. Maintaining a chain is expensive and distracts from the product. Trace job is to make AI training data auditable, with clear origin, consent, and licensing attached to every contribution. That matters because most remaining useful data comes from people, not public websites, and using it without rights clearance creates legal and compliance risk. Without a verifiable rights record, labs face legal risk and contributors have no clean way to be paid. Trace already tracks close to 300 million contributions. Moving it onto Sui and Walrus simply lets that rights-cleared supply scale without the team having to maintain the underlying chain.

The CoinDesk piece highlights a practical problem Trace is built to solve. Finding a market in AI data meant confronting how hard it is to know whether a dataset is original or properly licensed. In one case described in the interview, vendors offered Poseidon its own data back as if it were exclusive. Provenance and rights clearance exist to close that gap so labs can verify what they’re buying and contributors can be compensated fairly. Trace records origin, consent, and licensing so data can be audited. Joining Sui with Walrus and Seal adds the ability to store and compare against the original file, making those rights clearer and more enforceable as the supply of real-world AI training data grows.
From finding our focus in AI data to the thinking behind joining the Sui stack CEO @devrelius went deeper on DATA's next chapter with @helenebraunn for @CoinDesk ↓

AI training data is increasingly personal and regulated. The EU AI Act and court cases over scraped copyrighted material have made provenance a practical requirement rather than a nice-to-have. Trace records where each contribution came from, the rights attached to it, and the payment to the contributor, with public audit views. With over 250 million receipts already registered and millions processed daily, the move to Sui + Walrus adds encrypted reference storage and programmable access control so labs can verify the data and use it with clearer legal footing.
DATA is coming to @SuiNetwork. The DATA Network and Trace are joining the Sui stack, bringing a live supply of rights-cleared AI training data to infrastructure built for AI workloads. With 250M+ receipts already recorded by Trace, AI labs will be able to source real-world data with verifiable provenance, while @WalrusProtocol provides the underlying storage layer. Sui Foundation is investing $30 million in the DATA Network, establishing the largest institutional stake in the network, alongside the continuing holdings of PIP Labs and the DATA Foundation. Furthering the alignment, SY Lee, founder of the DATA Network and CEO of PIP Labs, joins Sui Foundation as Strategic Advisor. In the coming months: ▸ The DATA Network will be upgraded to run as a protocol natively on Sui ▸ Walrus becomes the default storage layer for DATA Foundation apps ▸ $DATA remains the token of the DATA protocol The next chapter of DATA starts here.

Here's the practical details of @datafdn move to Sui: AI labs are running out of safely usable public data, and the next wave of training data comes from people. That data needs clear provenance and rights clearance so labs can prove they are allowed to use it and so contributors can be paid. Trace already records those rights at scale. Becoming native to Sui, with the token carrying over 1:1 and Walrus becoming the storage layer, simply lets that rights-cleared supply keep growing under the same economics.
DATA is coming to Sui. So, what happens next? Read on ↓

Hey @WalrusProtocol I built a Support Chatbot For The Walrus Ecosystem that actually recalls solved issues across session: Decentralized Persistent Memory powered by Walrus Memory Uses @mysten-incubation/memwal-mcp to autonomously recall and store verified fixes on Walrus Mainnet. Verified Ingestion: Zero hallucinations saved—only verified post-mortems get written onchain. Try it out: eazitech-support.onrender.co… GitHub: github.com/EAZITECH1/Custome…
Traditional AI chatbots forget everything after each session. For "Walrus Sessions: Chatbots That Remember" We built Walrus Dev Support ChatBot a self-learning assistant that learns verified fixes on the Web & recalls them instantly on Telegram in <2s! 5 Reasons I’m Extremely Bullish on $NOGAS 🐸 1. Proven Dev Track Record The same developer behind $NOGAS (@saksidasaksi) was the Dev behind $SUICAT, which peaked at ~$682k market cap. If $SUICAT could do that, the upside on $NOGAS looks massive, especially as the first presale on @blastdotfun while Sui memecoin season is heating up. Plus, the dev is an active, reputable member of the Sui community. 2. Insanely Low Presale FDV A $63k fully diluted valuation on a 1B supply token gives a very low Mcap entry. This leaves enormous room for multiple-x returns even on modest volume and attention. Most memecoins launch at far higher FDVs, $NOGAS is priced for asymmetric upside from day one. 3. 75% of the Presale Raise Locked in LP 75% of the $25k hardcap ($18.75k) goes straight into the Cetus LP paired with 250M tokens and is locked before the announcement. The remaining cash sits in a multisig that requires signatures from both the team and trusted independent. this ops budget covers expenses for a long time without the team ever needing to sell $NOGAS tokens. 4. Holders get paid usdSUI forever. 100% of all liquidity pool trading fees get distributed back to $NOGAS holders in usdSUI, proportional to holdings forever. As long as you HODL, you earn real yield in stables. This is one of the strongest holder incentive structures I’ve seen on a memecoin. 5. First-Mover Advantage on @blastdotfun This is the very first presale launching on the platform. First movers on new launchpads historically capture the bulk of attention, volume, and narrative. With @blastdotfun gearing up Sui’s next memecoin wave, $NOGAS is positioned to ride that initial wave harder than anything that follows. GTD applications still open for the $25 guaranteed spots: nogas.site/gtd Not financial advice. Do your own research.
First-ever presale on @blastdotfun just dropped and holders get paid usdSUI forever. This isn’t another hyped launch. $NOGAS is built to remove selling pressure, block bundling, and reward holders for simply holding. Here’s everything you need to know👇 $NOGAS launches on @blastdotfun. You’ll be able to participate through the presale section as soon as blast.fun goes live. Key Details: - Total Supply: 1B $NOGAS - Hardcap: $25,000 - Presale FDV: $63,000 - Presale Price: $0.0000625 - Circulating Supply at Launch: 69% Presale Structure → Community GTD Round ($1,500) 60 spots. $25 guaranteed allocation each. Apply & get reviewed one-by-one → nogas.site/gtd → KOLs Round ($5,000) Selected credible local & global KOLs get allocations as long-term partners to expand reach. → Public Round ($18,500) Only open to the 9,999 early Blast Card registrants (Allocations might be little, GTD is the play). Security & Tokenomics Multisig requires both team + trusted independent Sui community signers. Team signatures alone can’t move anything. 6% team allocation unlocks gradually as salaries (never dumped). Remaining hardcap cash stays locked in the same multisig for expenses, no need to sell tokens. In the Case Of Oversubscription Only affects Public Round. GTD & KOL spots are guaranteed. Excess public funds are refunded. The Real Alpha $NOGAS will be Paired with usdSUI. 100% of LP trading fees distributed to every $NOGAS holder in usdSUI proportional to holdings, forever. All you have to do is Just HODL. If you ask me, this is what a fair memecoin launch on Sui actually looks like.

Your digital life is fragmented across social apps, games, AI tools, and wallets. Your posts, streams, AI conversations, gaming sessions, and on-chain activity never fully connect, so your reputation stays fragmented and hard to use anywhere else. @conso_xyz is building a Consumer Reputation Layer that changes this. It aggregates activity you choose to connect into a portable Consumer Passport, giving you a clearer, user-owned record of who you are across social, creative, gaming, AI, and on-chain environments. The goal is to turn scattered signals into something that can travel with you and eventually support fairer rewards, better targeting, and less noise from bots. ZAPs function as the reputation currency inside this system. They measure the authenticity, consistency, and impact of your activity rather than simple engagement metrics. Over time this builds toward a more structured identity that brands, apps, and even AI agents can reference with greater confidence. CONSO BOTS sit at the infrastructure layer of this network. They are reputation-backed agentic collectibles designed to act as mobile nodes. Built on Sui and secured through Walrus, each bot contributes to network validation by helping verify activity and strengthen trust and verifiability. When connected to the CONSO Miner App, every bot also delivers a 25% mining boost above the base rate, so participation translates into higher ZAP generation while you complete missions, discover brands, or invite others. The Genesis collection is limited to 5,555 free-mint bots. → Eligible accounts can verify through the checker by connecting their X profile: conso.xyz/bots → For anyone that's not eligible, there is a separate path: create original posts about CONSO or the bots, mention the official account, and submit it: conso.xyz/bots The organic impressions determine how many additional bots you can earn, with different thresholds from 1k to 5k impression. This approach ties the collectible directly to ongoing network contribution rather than treating it as a pure profile picture. Early participants help establish the reputation layer while gaining a practical boost inside the miner.
