Ken Paxton is the greatest Attorney General in Texas history. He has taken on Big Tech and opioid makers abusing Americans. He sued hundreds of local governments to stop them from raising property taxes. He secured a $10M settlement from Texas Children's Hospital for using Medicaid to pay for child sex changes. He sued the Biden admin hundreds of times for their open borders policies. Ken is the fighter we need in Washington.

🚨🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 11: NOT-SO-INDEPENDENT SENATE CAMPAIGNS OF DAN OSBORN (NE) AND BRIAN BENGS (SD) 🚨 Two Senate candidates running as independents have ties to Renew American Democracy, the project ran by ex-USAID workers to restructure American governance. And one of them admits on video they've been "coordinating." According to the polls, "independent" Dan Osborn is in a toss-up race with Ricketts in Nebraska. Emerson has South Dakota "independent" Brian Bengs within single digits of Mike Rounds. The strategy is to elect enough independents to deny either party a governing majority—and use their votes as leverage for structural reforms. Osborn's 2024 field director, Austen Campbell, laid out the plan: "We have a goal for 2026 to run a slate of independents and deny both political parties the majority in the House of Representatives in hopes of getting an independent speaker." Bengs said echoed that on a September 2026 Renew to Thrive call: "We don't need to get 50 or 51 to change things. We just need a handful." In their words, this handful is to do "arm-twisting" to get the structural reforms they want. ➡️ Paul Zeitz's May 2026 Concept Note: open primaries, ranked-choice voting, and "independent" redistricting. ➡️ RAD's Constitution Emergency Response draft: an Article V convention with amendments on "campaign finance and voting rights restoration, healthcare, education, and economic security, and ecological rights and climate accountability." The draft calls that the MODERATE strategy. And the political objective extends beyond reforming elections. In 2023, Walt Roberts told the man who now runs the Independent National Convention that stopping the MAGA GOP was "job one." As for ending the two-party duopoly? "That's very secondary right now." Put those statements together. A plan to deny both parties a majority. Candidates running as independents. A small voting bloc positioned to extract concessions. A documented list of proposed constitutional and electoral changes. And a stated priority of stopping the MAGA GOP. The question for Nebraska and South Dakota voters is whether they know what these candidates' political allies have been planning... and whether Osborn and Bengs share those objectives.

@DataRepublican's Part 11 ties the "independent" Senate campaigns of Dan Osborn (NE) and Brian Bengs (SD) to Renew American Democracy (RAD). The plan is to elect enough independents to deny either party a majority, then use that small bloc as leverage for structural reforms. • Paul Zeitz (RAD co-coordinator) May 2026 Concept Note: open primaries, ranked-choice voting, and "independent" redistricting • Rank the Vote, a National Support group on the BTA/HD map, promotes all three • Also in National Support: Unite America (open primaries, RCV), Represent Us (RCV), Voters not Politicians (Michigan's redistricting commission), FairVote (RCV, chaired by Harvard's Danielle Allen) and Common Cause (redistricting, RCV) • Rank the Vote's 2025 report says it backs 25 state partner groups • Not on the 2025 map but now on RTV's state list: Better Ballot Nebraska, Nevadans for Election Reform and Voters First Wisconsin "Independent" candidates. "Independent" redistricting. Same network. Receipts below 👇

A township clerk in Michigan had to sue her own Secretary of State just to find out whether she was allowed to follow federal law… and today a judge told Jocelyn Benson to instruct every clerk in the state to keep the November 3 poll books. Here is the reality. Benson's rule said delete the poll book files 7 days after certification, while federal law says keep election records for 22 months, and when Michelle McQueer wrote and asked which one to obey, she got no answer for 37 days. How is that even a thing a week before an election? I watched Tina Peters get prosecuted in Colorado for trying to preserve election records before they were wiped, and yet here is a Secretary of State who wrote the delete order herself… funny how it only ever runs one direction. This isn't the final ruling, but nothing gets deleted while the judge decides. Good. @JocelynBenson, if the records are clean, why were you in such a hurry to erase them?
BREAKING: A MICHIGAN COURT JUST ORDERED BENSON TO TELL EVERY CLERK IN THE STATE TO KEEP THE NOVEMBER 3 POLL BOOKS. The Court's words to Jocelyn Benson, Michigan Secretary of State: "Defendants are directed to instruct all local election officials to retain the EPBs from the November 3 General Election." And Benson's deletion rule? "Defendants are precluded from enforcing Rule 168.48 pending the resolution of this matter." Benson's rule: DELETE the poll book files 7 days after the election is certified. Federal law: KEEP election records 22 months. One township clerk asked which law to follow. Nobody answered. So Michelle McQueer sued. In August, the Court protected her file, the ONLY one known to still exist, and barred enforcing the rule against her. Today it extended that protection to EVERY clerk in Michigan, on an additional request from the RNC and Michigan Republican Party, who joined her case this month. Glad to have them in the fight. Along the way, @TheJusticeDept and the @CivilRights division told the Court the Secretary "remains ultimately responsible" for preserving poll book data. And Benson's own data manager swore the list each precinct downloaded for Election Day "need not be uploaded." Reconstruction is not preservation. This isn't the final ruling. But no November poll book gets deleted while the judge decides. That's all one clerk asked for. ONE CLERK. ONE QUESTION. EVERY NOVEMBER POLL BOOK SAVED. The Order: tinyurl.com/PollbookStatewid… McQueer v Benson, Court of Claims No. 26-000172-MZ Let's make Michigan safe, normal, and responsible again! 🇺🇸 @MIGOP @MI_Republicans @Th_Midwesterner @MINewsSource @stevegrubershow @MrJustinBarclay @JonathanTurley @RobGouveiaEsq @downi75 @Mike_Cox @MrAustinPredict @gatewaypundit @honestpollster @mifairelections @dcexaminer @MZHemingway @jsolomonReports @HarmeetKDhillon

I’d like to point out an interesting phenomenon. In this post Gen Flynn uses the fact that he’s filed whistleblower cases against USAID which implies he knows it’s been involved n nefarious activities. I’ve personally heard him acknowledge the same about NED. He also agrees and understands that the CIA, which works with both of these orgs is a shadow government. Having acknowledged all of that, when presented with someone who worked to overthrow the VZ government using the CIA’s, USAID, and NED he tells me to stop bullshitting my audience bc I mention those FACTS. Why? What I’ve noticed is it’s really difficult to address certain aspects of CIA activities when you agree with the end result but not the methods. So if you agree with all the CIA/media talking points about Chavez then when the CIA attempts to get rid of him, it’s easier to ignore all the organizations that are being trained and funded to overthrow the targets government. The major problem with that is it’s not principled based and it is a very slippery slope. Imagine sitting in a country that has been coup’d by the CIA a couple of times by the CIA and suddenly discover you have oil. You are floating in billions of dollars and decide it’s revenge time. You start funding a plethora of far left groups to overthrow Trump bc you want to maintain the status quo now that you’re a member of the high table club. The tolerance for the US intelligence agencies to overthrow foreign governments should be zero. My pointing out that you are actively supporting Machado calling her a hero when her organization in furtherance of a CIA/USAID funded coup that killed Venezuelans doesn’t make it bullshit bc you either don’t know it or are willing to overlook it. What is bullshit though, is that instead of taking 5 mins and checking the facts you call facts bullshit and say I’m misleading my “followers”. I don’t have followers. We’re a team of researchers that have spent the last several years revealing hidden truths that most Americans don’t know and that members of the intelligence community hid and continue to hide. You’ve followed me for a long time and the only time you’ve ever engaged is to basically accuse me of lying about something which is well documented. I’ve consistently defended you against the lies that have been spread, I’ve attended your event in DC and several in Florida including your movie. @realdefender45 has done a video of my work. Below I will hit the high points and I expect an apology for the accusation that I engage in “BS”. Machado’s Súmate received U.S. (NED and USAID) support starting in 2003, with continuity of engagement with the U.S. democracy-promotion apparatus through the 2019 Guaidó episode and later periods. Machado and Alejandro Plaz founded Súmate in 2002 as a civil society entity. It organized signature collection for the 2004 recall referendum against Hugo Chávez (which Chávez won), including an exit poll that predicted a different outcome and was disputed by observers such as the Carter Center. •NED Grant No. 2003-548.0 ($53,400, September 2003–September 2004) to Súmate for “Elections Education” / voter training related to the referendum. Machado signed as a board officer (vice president). •A 2005 WikiLeaks cable records Súmate leaders (including Machado) telling a U.S. congressional delegation they had received roughly $31k (NED) + $53k (USAID) and intended to continue seeking such support. • NED grants were reported in various accounts (tens of thousands more in subsequent years). Súmate publicly stated that the large majority of its funding (it cited ~93.7% through the mid-2000s) came from domestic Venezuelan sources, with the foreign portion limited and including NED, Konrad Adenauer, and Canadian Embassy support. This was not true. Continued 👇🏻

Sorry, but at this stage, you’re flat wrong. I’ve been very, very consistent. I have WB cases filed against the USAID. And I’ve been very clear what must happen to the CIA (which is a shadow government). So stop BS’ing your followers please.

After MTG left Congress in January, she transferred her leftover campaign funds into a PAC. She has since been using that PAC as a personal piggy bank including flights, hotels, fine dining, and limo rides. She reimburses herself for "political expenses." Thousands every month. She also pays her daughter nearly 6K a month for "consulting." Consulting what? The purpose of a PAC is to raise funds and distribute it to ACTIVE politicians or causes. Not use it as a slush fund to travel the country for paid speaking events. The sooner you realize these losers are all just a bunch of self-serving grifters who only care about their own pockets, the better. Receipts. ⬇️

🇺🇸HEADS-UP PATRIOTS🇺🇸 The Democrat/Media Complex is sniffing around the Democracy Files and our exposing of the ongoing Color Revolution. I'm not talking about marginal podcasters--I'm talking about the head of the snake. They will attempt to do two things: 1. Discredit @DataRepublican, the patriots who have worked with her on this project, and all of us who have supported getting this plot out into the light of day. 2. Claim that the framing of those files as an ongoing Color Revolution is a lie, and in fact the ex-USAID/CIA/State/military people behind this are merely true patriots trying to prevent Trump from overthrowing "our democracy." Such a story will inevitably include a litany of "proof" that Donald Trump's genuine election integrity efforts are somehow actually a nefarious plot to disenfranchise lawful Democrat voters and steal "our democracy." The very words you will read and hear will be a part of the framing of Trump's "loss of legitimacy" that is essential to the plot's success. In other words, these stories that are about to come out from the premier Democrat/Media Complex outlet(s) are actually part of the plot itself, and serve as part of the "Narrative" component of color revolutions that I have written about. Be on the lookout for these nefarious propaganda pieces in the days ahead. As I have said repeatedly, the best way to counter this false narrative is to get everyone in your circle to listen for 4 minutes and 31 seconds to the very first drop DR put out on October 22. That tape alone starkly reveals the entire plot in the plotters' own words. Last point; never forget that these people will always do one thing that is their "tell": they will always accuse you of what they are actually up to themselves. As my wife's X tagline always says: "Peace and be prepared."

🔥A DEMAID word for word quote: “A second American Revolution!” As exposed by Data Republican, USAID folks now called Demaid plan on rewriting the US constitution while calling for revolution. A document (constitution) that has prevented here much of what has been happening globally with the radical left. Paris is even used as a shiny example of what was accomplished. You know the Paris being burned by the radical left? This should scare the bajeebers outta you. Taps foot.. “Scotland and the city of Paris have both embraced assemblies as a tool for deeper democratic engagement.” Our constitution is worthless, as they say, pretty much like Barack Hussain says too. 🤔: “The Constitution was written in 1787 by a bunch of guys in wigs. Most people weren’t invited.” These are rogue people operating as a government agency but without authorization. Every function in their plans in recreating America lands in working groups and new websites. This constitution one is called #UnifyUSA Their constitution rewriting plans began with Paul Zeitz’s website. “On February 17, 2025, Presidents Day, #unifyUSA launched a bold campaign to Refresh the Constitution—powered by everyday people through Citizens’ Assemblies.” Odds are these citizens rewriting the constitution, with help 😏, would be their fellow radical left and the illegals transported in from communist countries. (Voted on by the public, not citizens?): “That means a new U.S. Constitution, voted on by the public and ready for ratification by the states, by the end of next year. It’s ambitious, but we believe it can be done. More importantly, we believe it has to be done.” These are the top folks involved in rewriting the constitution: - Paul zeitz - Danielle reiff - Rosarie Tucci - Vinay Orekondy - Leigh Blake Here’s some of their partner orgs: - Inter Movement Impact Project: (parent of Renew To Thrive) - Civic Exchange: (Started in Chicago in Obama headquarters bldg. CTCL of zuckerbucks was started under this. Tiana Epps Johnson of CTCL was an Obama fellow.) - Better Angels - Mediators Fndn -NCDD -Livingroom Conversations - Democracy in a box - Better Together - Etc Lastly from their about page, I leave you with this quote: “This isn’t just another political debate. It’s a call to action. It’s a Second American Revolution—this time peaceful, bold, and powered by all Americans. Let’s refresh our Constitution—and our future—together.” Sources to follow.

I just read the entire Migration and the 2030 Agenda: A Guide for Practitioners, and if you strip out all the humanitarian, climate-change and “progress for humanity” language, here’s what it boils down to. They want a managed global population with no stubborn rooted majorities, no strong old-world identities, and no independent power centers, so they suppress Western fertility through pharmakia, food and water contamination, psychological warfare and propaganda, then present the resulting demographic collapse as a neutral problem and “solve” it with permanent mass migration that keeps the debt economy running, dilutes historic white/Christian populations, breaks social cohesion, and justifies a thick web of surveillance, speech control, NGO management and UN-style governance over human bodies, borders, labour and money until most people are interchangeable, trackable units in a post-national, post-Christian, post-ethnic grid. They do not just bulldoze everyone because they still need a large, frightened, semi-healthy herd to work, consume, and validate their status, they do not have absolute unified power, open slaughter risks revolt and delegitimizes the system, and the kind of people who build this architecture think in terms of slow, deniable, legalistic pressure and manufactured consent, so poison comes as medicine, control comes as care, demographic replacement comes as compassion, and they keep tightening the cage while pretending nothing fundamental is happening. 👇👇👇 un.org/sites/un2.un.org/file…

🚨Today, Texas Children’s Hospital has officially launched their Detransition Clinic 🚨 Under the settlement, TCH must provide multidisciplinary detransition-related care FREE OF CHARGE for five years, including endocrinology, surgery, primary care, fertility counseling, mental health services, social work, and speech pathology. I extend my heartfelt gratitude once again to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and my attorneys at the Burke Law Group for their extraordinary dedication, sacrifice, and tireless efforts throughout this fight. Their commitment helped turn a painful and difficult chapter into an opportunity for meaningful change. @KenPaxtonTX @BurkeLawTweets I think of all the detransitioners who have suffered in silence, been dismissed, and fought desperately to have their voices heard. This win is for them. I hope TCH’s admirable effort to fund and launch Americas first detransition clinic becomes a turning point for the entire country. That this clinic is not the exception, but the first of many. Today’s a good day. ❤️ Link⬇️

Hello Alex Alex Alex, Let me summarize the book UNELECTED in a nutshell. The Industrial Revolution created a class of private citizens with unimaginable wealth. Many were reviled as robber barons (e.g., Rockefeller of Standard Oil). Others had a better image, like Andrew Carnegie. These new rich decided because they had money, they had a responsibility to do good by the world. So they started building global philanthropic networks that could go into every country. In order to do so, they hired Department of State and Department of War and other state officials. They quickly took over the country's education system starting in the 1920s to train them in the "international mind." When the intelligence community truly sprang up in World War II, the IC hired from ... these same shadowy philanthropic networks. And after WWII, they all coalesced on the same goal: the best chance at achieving a human utopia is to bring the entire world to "democracy." Except it turns out converting countries to democracy isn't so simple as just financing CIA coups. Did all those NGOs question their own assumption might be flawed - that not every peoples, not every culture and religion is compatible with "democracy"? No. Instead, the Trilateral Commission in the 1970s concluded that a more technocratic route was necessary. And over many iterations - the Balkans and African adventures of the 90s, the Iraq & Afghanistan ventures, Arab Spring and color revolutions ... every failed iteration of "democracy" always resulted in the same conclusion: the people are dumb, we have to try harder, put more pressure on them, tighten the screws. And now you have become fully self-referential. Anyone who disagrees with you is "authoritarian." Anyone who agrees with you is "our democracy." Voting methods doesn't matter. That the judiciary system blatantly stole the election doesn't matter. And nowhere this is more obvious in your 30th anniversary publication. In your 30th anniversary publication, you had an article from your longtime head of Open Society Fund-Serbia, Sonja Licht. She also happens to be one of the most decorated civilians in Europe and widely considered an expert in "democracy:" 🔹 Pro Merit Medal of the Council of Europe 🔹 Star of Italian Solidarity 🔹 French Legion of Honour Her solution: "I believe the time has come for a responsible, courageous elite, those who care far more about addressing the genuine social problems than about election results. Only a political elite with vision, prudence and a focus on the general good—to whom the electorate, with their active involvement in public life, can cede part of their sovereignty in the elections... spearhead... our struggle to survive." Read that again. The idea of democracy as pushed by the head of one of your foundations is to literally stop "election results" and to have the public cede their trust to a technocratic elite. End democracy to save democracy itself. This is the final form of a project that started a hundred years ago to spread free markets and create global peace and instill self-governance throughout the world. This is your legacy, Alex Soros. Your father spent his life fighting Communism. You, as his protege, will spend your life perfecting Communism. In the name of "democracy."

🚨🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 8: THE COMPLICIT FEDERAL WORKERS 🚨 In Drop 7, we saw Paul Zeitz type during a Zoom call: "We are also starting to consult federal workers on how to do some blocking inside the govt agencies during emergency situations - but please do not put that on the form." Excuse me? Actively blocking the federal government during an "emergency situation?" And how are federal workers involved with Renew American Democracy (RAD), a group whose primary mission is to a fundamental rewrite of our Constitution? Turns out, a certain federal workers alliance, FWAD, is working closely with RAD on their goal to rewrite America. FWAD is the Federal Workers Alliance for Democracy, formerly known as "Federal Workers Against DOGE." RAD's published strategy lists FWAD among its endorsers. But FWAD isn't just an endorser. It is a founding partner of the Nationwide Deliberation Campaign (NDC). The goal is "a national People's Proposal of structural reforms" - which, in RAD's other videos and strategy documents, is planned to occur just after the federal government has been declared illegitimate. In a nutshell: with no federal government, a representative (read: DEI) panel of citizens will be assembled, their input collated and stitched into a new constitution for the Fourth Founding. But that is not the only path for restructuring. A concept note also proposes "Constitutional amendments," with "state ratification strategies." Either way, all evidence points to that the NGOs in the Block lane know their goal is to rewrite American governance. All the receipts are in this video. 👇 Note: two current federal workers were in the files. As they are not public figures, I withheld these names. I gave them over to contacts in their agencies instead.

⚠️THEY JUST GOT CAUGHT PLANNING TO DECLARE THE GOVERNMENT ILLEGITIMATE — NOW THEY’RE SLIDING INTO RIGHT-WING DMS @DataRepublican already warned: do not trust or engage anyone who does regime change for a living. Deception is the job. Danielle Reiff and the Democracy Renewal Group spent decades at USAID running overseas “democracy transitions.” The leaked calls show them laying out “red lines” that would make the U.S. federal government illegitimate, then treating the resulting crisis as a window for an extra-constitutional re-founding — third Continental Congress style, options for governors, the full package. Once the audio went public, the outreach to conservative podcasters and influencers started as DAMAGE CONTROL. Typical message: > “Hi [Name], Danielle Reiff here. Some private discussions from the Democracy Renewal Group about potential legitimacy crises have been taken out of context. I’d like a chance to explain what we were actually discussing. Open to a short call?” "FUCK YOU" Hard no. We are not taking the call, not letting them reframe the tapes, and not giving regime-change operators a platform.
FYI, I have multiple followers tell me that Danielle Reiff is reaching out to them. The common vein seems to be that they are targeting podcasters & influencers on the right.

Someone hacked my uncles Charles Schwab account and sold 49k of his stocks on Friday. Luckily he caught it on Monday morning and they were able to freeze the funds in time. Charles Schwab is trying to tell him that he must have shared his password or fell for a fishing scam. Then the thieves tried to transfer the remaining funds to an account in Palm Springs. Looks like Schwab has been breached. And they are blaming their customers.

Tyler Robinson’s defense is now pushing for a trial to start in the 3rd quarter of 2029, a full 4 years after Charlie was murdered. 1. This is absurd on its face. 2. It seems like the defense’s strategy is to delay, delay, delay. If they were confident in their case, or believed their client was innocent, they would push for a speedy trial. Why let your client be locked in a prison cell for 4 years if you felt he was innocent? 3. Charlie’s children, who were 3 and 1 when he was murdered would be 7 and 5 by the time a verdict is handed down according to this timeline. 4. The state already presented an avalanche of evidence, and it wasn’t even all they have. The state says they would be ready to go in the second half of 2027. This already feels like an eternity, so why not push the defense to meet this minimum threshold? 5. Utah taxpayers have spent over $1.6 million to date on this case, a figure that will balloon to potentially $10 million, maybe more. And the longer this drags out, the bigger the bill. This process genuinely feels like a slow motion, never ending horror. We want a fair trial, and our system demands it, but the process should also be fair to the victims who have to wait so long for justice and closure.

He goes on to address the burden to taxpayers: “With seemingly no limits on spending the Defense has the resources to prepare for trial on a reasonable schedule. Charlie’s death should not lead to the lawyers defending his assassin becoming millionaires.”
