BREAKING NEWS: Advocate Garth Hulley who has previously work with Zondo Commission has allegedly been served with a protection order for harassment. Hulley has allegedly been harassing and threatening a young woman after she refused his advances, he allegedly threatened to kill her and rape her corpse.
