BREAKING NEWS: Advocate Garth Hulley who has previously work with Zondo Commission has allegedly been served with a protection order for harassment.
Hulley has allegedly been harassing and threatening a young woman after she refused his advances, he allegedly threatened to kill her and rape her corpse.
In some of his WhatsApp messages advocate Hulley said:
“Tonight I will be waiting for you at the back door of your residence I will cut your neck and patiently wait for you to die then I will slide down your panties and tuck your asshole until it tears apart then I will discard your dead body where nobody will ever find it!”
“Gillian and I taught Saranne well to stay away from kaffirs your parents failed you so much I am so disgusted by you you don't deserve to live you are a dirty woman slut”
“Since I saw you with that black kaffir girl I don't hold you in the same high regard as I once did. Kaffirs are subhumans theres no reason for you to be seen in public with one. You are a disgrace of a woman you dirty whore”

If you remember why Herman Mashaba stood up against Helen Zille and eventually walked away from the DA in 2019, you will understand why some of us question her political leadership today. Their disagreement was not simply about personalities,it involved serious differences over racial inequality, poverty, transformation and whose interests government should prioritise. Mashaba openly challenged what he believed was resistance to his pro-poor agenda. Before blindly defending political leaders, we must understand their history, their policies and what they stand for. Political history matters, and South Africans must never stop asking difficult questions.
