Looking at historical hike cycles, 1-month performance is almost always negative after the first hike and it almost always turns positive in 6 months.
However, the last time we had a hike while a transformational new technology was spreading was in 1997 and stocks turned positive in two months, and delivered almost 50% return in the next 12 months.
#Apple has a history of entering product categories after competitors and helping expand their adoption. Analysts expect the Duo could have a similar effect on foldables, with IDC forecasting Apple could capture as much as 40% of the category by 2027.
