As someone who worked on a few of these “safe” Republican seats, the @dccc and @HouseMajPAC were there from the beginning and deeply strategic with how they allocated resources.
Now CO Springs is represented by a Democrat. And Nancy Mace is being replaced with a Democrat.
.@dccc & @HouseMajPAC were told over and over that we were stretching the map ‘too far’ and risking seats.
We didn’t listen to the noise.
Now? We’re on track for the largest majority this century.

Honeycutt (R): 158,751
Reeside (L): 5,351
Write ins: 218
The margin ended up over 1%, out of recount range. It's over.
