Coaches aren’t in the business of begging players to get in the gym/go to camps, but if you don’t, then don’t come later looking for playing time. It doesn’t work that way. Players get playing time by earning it. If you don’t earn it, save yourself the trouble of wishing for it!
Thank you for your continuous support!!
Loved celebrating with @ev_soccer and @patriotsoccerev tonight at their end of the year banquet.
They had a packed house enjoying great excitement!
Congratulations kids and coaches!

What does a Strong Team Culture Look Like?
1. We over Me
2. Process over Prize
3. Learning over Knowing
4. Humble over Arrogance
5. Positivity over Negativity
6. Serving over Self-Serving
7. Encouraging over Ignoring
Culture Wins.
