If you sell to people with money
STUDY these ads
• Plain statics w/ o any flashy edits
• Video ads that show he LOOKS the part
• Filming location that resonates with the people you sell to (i.e on a yacht)
This is how you resonate with people who have money
(all 3 of these ripped btw)
I just filmed a 4.5 hour Facebook ads MASTERCLASS.
It's literally everything we've used to generate over $90M for our clients.
(and i’m giving the entire thing away, free)
I made it specifically to help ANYONE running ads right now... regardless of the level you’re at.
Especially if you have…
• an offer that cold traffic won't buy
• no idea what your cost per call should be
• no idea how much to spend per day
… this is going to change the game for you.
So I'm giving away the WHOLE thing, plus ALL the resources that go with it.
Here's what's inside:
1. The Miro board from the course, with all the links and all the examples
2. The SOP that pairs with the video
3. A calculator that tells you how much to spend per day to hit your MRR or monthly cash goal
4. Our max cost per call calculator, so you know the most you can pay per call before ads get unprofitable
5. 8 funnel financial models, each with an underperforming, average and overperforming sim
6. The 8 things every cold traffic offer that scaled had in common (out of the 250 we've launched)
7. The ads to make and the campaign setup to run them in
8. Feeding the right data back into the account, and what to do when things go wrong

How to Sign Whale Clients with Ads
Link is in the description 👇
If you sell B2B or coaching, Q4 can be your most profitable quarter.
(it's not just for the e-com boys)
But ONLY if the right pieces are in place before November hits.
You can't be in testing mode in Q4.
CPMs can fly and your account gets volatile.
And late in Q4 people get worse at showing up to sales calls.
So waiting till November to start testing new funnels and offers is WAY too late.
I run ads for some of the biggest household name companies in B2B and the agency space.
Every Q4 we roll out the same plays for ourselves and for them.
So I put every single one in one video.
Inside:
1. 5 Q4-friendly funnels to layer on without killing your main one
2. Why you don't add a funnel until you're past $1,000 a day
3. Using a 2nd, 3rd and 4th ad angle to keep the account stable
4. Running your winning hooks in new ad styles
5. When a second ad platform is worth it, and the one I'd pick for B2B and coaching
6. Building an email + SMS list and the 3-5 value emails a week that warm it up
7. The Q4-only mega offer we sell to current clients and our list
8. Reactivation plays with a webinar or a 3-day challenge

If you want to scale past 30kish/mo whatsoever
You absolutely MUST put a hard cap on delivery
Everything else needs to be sales calls, making ads posting content etc.
There is no way around it
And I'm speaking from 1st hand experience
About a year ago my whole day was fulfillment.
Like all day
Total death
I made the switch and the first couple weeks sucked ngl.
I capped fulfillment at 3 hours a day.
The rest of my day was only:
• Sales calls
• Making ads
• Filming and posting content
• Following up with the pipeline
I literally blocked it off on my calendar. Only a sales call can book over it.
Things were kind of a mess for a bit because the client work didn't get any smaller lol
But 3 hours a day forced me to see which stuff I had ZERO business doing myself.
Some of it went straight to an EA.
Copywriting was the big one.
I legit couldn't get the copy done inside my 3 hours.
So I hired my first copywriter (great find btw).
It sucks paying somebody at first for sure.
But it got me back so much time and WAY more revenue, because those hours went right back into ads and sales calls.
Now we're hitting copy bottlenecks again lol
So we're hiring more copywriters.
Just cap your fulfillment.
You'll find out real quick what can be outsourced.
We run some of the biggest ad accounts in B2B and coaching.
Ads only make you "f*ck you money" once you stop babysitting them.
I see it all the time
So many guys in our inner circle launch their ads and the next day will ask:
"What do I do with my time now?"
The easy thing to do is sit in the ads manager refreshing it all freakin day.
But if you ask me (or any serious advertiser worth their socks) I’m HARDLY inside the ad account.
My hours go into way more important shit.
So I walked our Inner Circle through my whole day on a group call, and I'm giving the recording away...
Inside:
1. A 5-10 min morning health check
2. My ad fatigue check every 4-5 days
3. My Friday stat pull routine and how we pick ONE bottleneck to fix
4. The 4-6 hour block I protect every day for ads and content
5. Calling no-shows once a month to ask why (it changed our pre-call emails)
6. Keeping 20-30 ads on reserve
7. My content KPIs, from YouTube videos per week to lead magnets
8. The night-before power list I've run for about 3 years
SO much value in this call

After spending millions upon millions on Meta ads...
There's 1 creative strategy we run on every single account:
It lets us launch less ads that scale for a LONG time.
A vast majority of people's creative strategy right now is just chucking as many ads at the algorithm as humanly possible.
Like 100 ads a week.
Same red background and white text with "number one" swapped for "best" 😂
Meta doesn't want slop.
All that volume just confuses it.
Your budget gets spread thin and the account turns into a freaking ball of yarn nobody can figure out.
Every ad you launch should be built for a specific person and have ONE job.
Do that and you need way less of them.
It's called the Swarm Ad Strategy.
I coined it and it freaking works wonders
So I broke the whole thing down A to Z in one video.
Inside:
1. Why 100 near-identical ads a week confuses Meta
2. How to split one market into 2-4+ avatars
3. How many avatars to run under vs over $1,000 a day
4. The ONE job every ad has: top, middle or bottom of funnel
5. The topics and formats that rip at each stage
6. Judging at the campaign level, and letting it spend 3-7x your target cost per call first
7. Real ads off our board: skits, memes, flip charts, Loom walkthroughs

After running ads for 100+ 7-9 figure companies in info, b2b, and b2c...
I’m leaking our ENTIRE equipment + setup guide
Put this together because all of you filming:
• in front of a blank white wall
• with one ceiling light.
• and a mic that picks up the air purifier in the corner
You have (almost) NO chance of running profitable ads.
Because nobody trusts the guy in the ad promising the world when the ad looks cheap.
In fact
Lighting and audio are one of the most important variables that keep people engaged.
So I put our full filming setup into one guide, down to the exact gear I use.
Here's what's inside:
1. How to set up a studio that matches your offer
2. A 3-point lighting setup + the 1 light to start with if you only buy one
3. My camera and a cheaper option that still does the job
4. Both mic setups I use: podcast-style
5. Which softbox kits to buy
6. Background setup
7. How to use your camera as a webcam in OBS with the Elgato Cam Link 4K
8. The Amazon props I use for visual hooks, plus the prompter we use (life saver btw)
Follow me + comment "STUDIO" and I'll send you the guide.
