“Not qualified, they were shopping around vendors” A client actually marked a lead unqualified for this They're literally looking for the service lol They're just shopping around to see if you're good That's qualified Incredible Your job as an agency guys is to dictate narratives

6 questions your lander has to answer before people take action: 1. What the hell is this thing? 2. What results can I get? 3. Can I trust these people? 4. What do I have to do next? 5. What problem does it solve? 6. What do I need to do on my end to make this work? Answer those in short, scannable sections: • bullet points • case study breakdowns • screenshots • FAQs Remove ALL fluff. After you do this, go back through your page with one question in mind: “What would stop someone from taking action on it?” Stuff like: • copy that's confusing • an application that's a pain to fill out • a page that's unresponsive or just looks jarring If your page has any of that, your offer will not perform to the level it should.

If you sell to people with money STUDY these ads • Plain statics w/ o any flashy edits • Video ads that show he LOOKS the part • Filming location that resonates with the people you sell to (i.e on a yacht) This is how you resonate with people who have money (all 3 of these ripped btw)

I just filmed a 4.5 hour Facebook ads MASTERCLASS. It's literally everything we've used to generate over $90M for our clients. (and i’m giving the entire thing away, free) I made it specifically to help ANYONE running ads right now... regardless of the level you’re at. Especially if you have… • an offer that cold traffic won't buy • no idea what your cost per call should be • no idea how much to spend per day … this is going to change the game for you. So I'm giving away the WHOLE thing, plus ALL the resources that go with it. Here's what's inside: 1. The Miro board from the course, with all the links and all the examples 2. The SOP that pairs with the video 3. A calculator that tells you how much to spend per day to hit your MRR or monthly cash goal 4. Our max cost per call calculator, so you know the most you can pay per call before ads get unprofitable 5. 8 funnel financial models, each with an underperforming, average and overperforming sim 6. The 8 things every cold traffic offer that scaled had in common (out of the 250 we've launched) 7. The ads to make and the campaign setup to run them in 8. Feeding the right data back into the account, and what to do when things go wrong Want it? Follow me + comment “COURSE” and I’ll DM you asap

You can close WAY more great fits than you think with a no-risk trial When we have one on a call but they’re not closing, here's what we offer: • A deposit now that's fully refundable for 7 days, no questions asked • Our full onboarding process • The strategy we're going to run for their ads • A few ads written for them up front Then just WOW them during the trial so they actually convert Try payment plans and bonuses first though, and keep this as your last resort

The thing i see on REPEAT all of the time with agency guys sub $100k/mo Is they have something working (mentor, niche, funnel, conversion mechanism, marketing channel, etc.) and they just say “f it i’m good let me kill this thing and try something else” Absolutely the stupidest and worst thing you can do Pure contraction mode Awful behavior Double down instead

Some of my BEST clients paying $7k/mo+ we’re considered “broke” on the typeform. I’m not kidding. In fact A majority of you prob have 5-10 paying clients ROTTING in your DQs. Half of them aren't even really disqualified. They either A) fat-finger the form or B) lie straight to your face on it. Some are funded startups with no revenue yet that you wrote off as broke. So no. We don't kill them. We still dial the “DQ leads” and screen them. They aren’t high up on the priority list for sure But we still pay some attention to them. Same with applications that didn’t fully book in a call. Even if it's just a downsell to cover ad spend, we work them a bit.

I’ve NEVER seen an ad campaign do well with just a "good offer” that has been used over and over again in the same industry. The way you crush the entire market is this... Build an offer almost nobody else currently is using. This doesn’t mean you can’t sell the same service as everyone else. I sell ads (commoditized). A bunch of my clients sell eCom email, cold email, etc (also VERY commoditized) We’re still able to CRUSH with Meta ads because 2 things are different from the rest of the market: A) the positioning and B) the front end offer you build around it Really good example: I just got off a call with a founder selling AI DM-setting software. Every competitor pitches the identical thing: "my AI bot is sick, it books your meetings for you." He couldn't get it to convert on cold traffic to save his life. So we tore his front end down and rebuilt it. Instead of selling the software → he hands it over free for 30 days to anyone who hits a few basic criteria. He only takes a rev share on the deals that close through it in that window. Zero risk on the buyer. The whole thing sits on him because he KNOWS the thing works. Then he rolls those users onto a back end offer ($297 base plus the rev share with consulting attached) Same software everyone else is selling. But nobody else is running the offer he built around it. That offer is the whole reason he wins.

2 reasons most agencies NEVER make it past the 30-50k range: (1) No (reliable) lead gen mechanism. Most of you coast on referrals and the same outreach for years at a time. But past a certain point, that just stops working. You cannot scale on hope and word of mouth. You need a machine that puts new conversations on the calendar every week. (2) Time Most founders NEVER free up the time to actually build. And it’s always because they refuse to hire someone good. They go cheap and grab a few $2- $4k offshore people. None of them can handle client comms or make the product better. So... said founder hoards all the high-level work and drowns in delivery, with zero hours left for marketing. If you're stuck in that range: • pay 7 to 10k a month for someone great • then put serious money into lead gen. Everything past 50k is downstream of hiring great and funding lead gen.

2 metrics you HAVE to review every week if you run ads: (1) Qualified rate: how many of your booked calls were truly qualified. (2) Offer rate: how many offers your reps made to people who showed up. Book ALLL the calls you want. If those two are trash = the quality isn't there And you're just lighting spend on fire Can’t overstate how important this is.

STOP trying to condition your pixel on your dream client You simply don't have the volume (or spend) for it. To drag an ad set out of learning you need around 50 conversions a week. And at $100 a day you're nowhere close if you only report back people doing $100k a month ONLY and getting that volume. So the only thing I pixel condition around is the niche itself at low spends. E.g. If i’m an ecom email agency When an e-com brand books a call → Use ONE qualifier at the top of the form: “Are you an e-com brand owner?” You don’t need some 11-question form that disqualifies four out of every five leads (that you spend money on btw) Report them back EVEN IF their revenue is under your dream client. Right now you need volume and conversions. Later you can get more restrictive.

You can scale an agency WAY further than you think with a tiny team of freakin savages Our agency does roughly 200-250K a month with 4 full-time people. We just: • got rid of your bottomfeeder clients • signed fewer, bigger clients • hired a few people who are REALLY good • let them cook Efficiency maxxxxing

Our plan to 5x our revenue in the next 12 months: • Build a product that can scale w/o me in the weeds • Close our Inner Circle program to the public • Launch a new mid ticket offer • Push a webinar at 20-30K a week in ad spend We want EVERYONE in the industry running profitable ads And yes - the Inner Circle Closes today to the public Comment “SCALE” if you want in

Our portfolio averages 2.95x ROAS in the first 30 days of a new ad accounts New offers - New funnels - New pixels - New everything We don’t burn money for 30 days “testing”. We make money. Here's how we launch a brand new account in 7 steps:

Breaking down how we profitably put $620,000 in ad spend into 2 live events: (bookmark) CONTEXT It’s an info business that teaches people how to buy apartment buildings. And every other week they run a 3-day live virtual event. PROBLEM • Way more ad sets running than the account needed • Data spread thin across every one of them • The whole account was super unstable WHAT WE CHANGED • Cut it to as few campaigns and ad sets as humanly possible • Every dollar of data into the same couple ad sets • Meta keeps learning the same buyers over and over Once we did that everything just ripped. Our top scaling ad set ended up being an interest stack (they’re not dead). Only about 8 ads inside it. I usually run 20-30 per ad set, but these were all videos that already won in the account. THE FUNNEL • $7 ticket (this actually beat $97 on volume, quality AND ROAS) • One-time VIP upgrade on checkout • 3 upsells after that: $97, $197, $97 • Thank-you page is a scheduler so sales dials every buyer • An advisor for every ticket buyer through the whole event That last one helped show rates a TON. Where it’s at now: • 2 campaigns carry the whole $620,000. • Everything’s hitting KPI • Focus is on the sales process. LESSONS If I can hit my targets with 2-6 ad sets at high spend, I’m super happy. • Fewer ad sets = more data in each one • More data = Meta learns your buyers faster • Account swinging? Cut ad sets before you touch anything else
