اسلام آباد میں پولیس پر فائرنگ کے دوران دو زیر حراست ملزمان اپنے ہی ساتھیوں کی گولیاں لگنے کے نیتجے میں ہلاک ہوگئے۔
پولیس حکام کے مطابق زیرِ حراست ملزمان کو ان کے ساتھیوں کی گرفتاری کیلیے راول ٹاؤن کے قریب کباڑ خانے لے جایا گیا، جہاں جنگل میں چھپے 4 ملزمان نے عبداللہ اور ملہے خان کو چھڑانے کیلیے فائرنگ کر دی۔
پولیس حکام نے بتایا کہ ملزمان عبداللہ اور ملہے خان اپنے ہی ساتھیوں کی فائرنگ سے زخمی ہوئے، تاہم پولیس ٹیم بلٹ پروف جیکٹس اور حفاظتی اقدامات کے باعث محفوظ رہی، زخمی ملزمان کو طبی امداد کیلیے اسپتال منتقل کیا گیا جہاں وہ دم توڑ گئے۔
ملزمان عبداللہ اور ملہے خان دونوں افغان شہری تھے۔ وہ خاتون سے موبائل چھیننے، جنسی زیادتی کی کوشش میں گرفتار اور ریمانڈ جسمانی پر تھے۔
