El paraguayo está aprendiendo ahora mismo una valiosa lección sobre la importancia de la autocustodia.
Pero este NO es el momento para venderla como respuesta a todo lo que está pasando.
Ahora toca solidarizarse con la gente y respetar.
Familias enteras, muchísima gente laburadora está pasando por una situación de terror con sus ahorros.
Educar sobre estos temas con respeto es una cosa. Aprovecharse de la situación y el dolor de la gente para captar clientes con miedo es otra.

La responsabilidad también forma parte de la flexibilidad.
No somos robots.
Necesitamos descansar, tener vida familiar y desconectar.
No deberíamos normalizar trabajar 24/7.
PERO tampoco podemos exigir flexibilidad y olvidarnos de nuestros compromisos 🩴🥰.
¿Trabajas en varios proyectos? ¡Excelente!
¿Creas contenido mientras colaboras con otros? ¡Genial!
¿Participas en hackathons o viajas? ¡Disfrútalo!
La clave está en organizarte, comunicar tu disponibilidad y cumplir con las responsabilidades que asumiste.
Porque tener 5 proyectos no es el problema. El problema es aceptar 5 y no poder responder a todos.
También creo que los equipos deben establecer acuerdos claros sobre horarios, disponibilidad y descansos.
Al final, el trabajo remoto necesita flexibilidad, pero también confianza, comunicación y responsabilidad.
La libertad de trabajar a tu manera, no elimina el compromiso con lo que aceptaste hacer.
