In a shocking incident of road rage, a two-wheeler rider was brutally thrashed for merely following traffic rules at Pune's Jahangir Hospital Chowk. At around 3:08 PM today, a man riding a Jupiter scooter rightly stopped his vehicle as the traffic signal turned red. However, a four-wheeler approaching from behind rammed into him.
