A high school football player charged with stomping a teen's head with his cleats on.
Alex Davenport-White, 18, allegedly stomped the teen's head until he lost consciousness on Oct. 3.
The criminal complaint says he stomped the teen "with football cleats causing him to go unconscious."
The victim was treated at Cincinnati Children's for several knots on the back of his head, a swollen eye and a loose tooth from being kicked in the face.
Davenport-White is charged with 1 count of aggravated assault, a 4th degree felony that carries a sentence up to 18 months.
He was arraigned on Oct. 22.
His bond was set at only $5,000.
Law&Crime reported he posted the bond the same day.
His next court date is Nov. 2.
Cleats used to stomp a kid unconscious sure sounds like a deadly weapon to me.
These charges seem weak.

As more of Professor Uju Anya’s disturbing tweets come to light, the rhetoric grows increasingly dark.
Multiple tweets have surfaced revealing repugnant racism toward white Americans, celebrations of their violent deaths, and now, the glorification of the death of the President of the United States.
There MUST be an immediate review of federal funding to Carnegie Mellon, alongside an investigation by the DoJ and Dept of Education into any violations of federal law.
Carnegie Mellon has legal obligations as a recipient of taxpayer funding.
This is a deeply disturbed individual entrusted with the safety of all students on a federally funded campus.
It’s a gross understatement to say this should be a five-alarm fire for university officials.

In the video, Weingarten, who is also a lesbian, stated:
“I’m Randi Weingarten, president of the AFT, but today I want to talk as a proud Jew, someone who happens to be married to a rabbi, and I want to talk about why we are supporting our endorsed candidate for Michigan Senate, Abdul El-Sayed.”
Oddly, Randi then stated any attacks against Abdul are rooted in antisemitism and Islamophobia:

It seems the lady in charge of your kids’ teachers’ union wants your children to learn about and embrace Sharia law.
