This should be a very educative event.
If you are building business in Nigeria and want to learn from these experts on structuring and scaling your business, this should benefit you.
An NGO I'm part of has offered to sponsor 4 people for this event.
If you have a business that you think this will benefit, kindly indicate interest.
Four business owners to be picked based on need.
Building a business in Nigeria will test your strength in ways many people may never understand.
I know how exciting it feels to open a new store or expand into another location. More visibility, new customers and the possibility of bigger revenue.
But behind every new location are more people to manage, more inventory to track, quality to maintain and customer experiences to protect.
After 16 years of building @sofreshng into a leading healthy food chain with multiple outlets across Nigeria, one thing is clear to me: growth without structure is risky.
I’ve seen businesses invest heavily in expansion only to become overwhelmed because their systems and processes weren’t ready to support that growth.
That’s why I’m hosting Structure & Scale Retreat 2.0, an in-person experience for serious business owners who want to build sustainable businesses and scale with confidence.
This year, I’ve brought together experienced business leaders to share practical lessons on growth, strategy, execution, marketing, expansion and managing people at scale.
Meet our speakers:
@gkbalogs , CEO of So Fresh, He’s built and scaled a well-known food retail brand across Nigeria. He knows structure like the back of his hand.
@AyoBankole , CEO of Caladium Consulting, He will be teaching on how to achieve exponential growth for your business. He will be using practical diagnostic tools to help you unpack layers of growth for your business.
@Babajiide , MD of M-KOPA Nigeria, He is very big on EXECUTION and how to effectively manage scale. He is big on building a business with excellence.
@Triciabiz , Founder of Ziba Beach Resort, One of the sharpest minds in business, and she will be teaching us growth and marketing strategies she has leveraged in her business that has helped her scale her beach resort twice in 3 years.
@JoyceeAwosika , Founder of ORÍKÌ Group, One of Africa's most dynamic wellness and beauty enterprises. She is big and experienced with expansion across Africa.
I will also be sharing practical frameworks for managing people at scale and building a team that takes ownership and delivers results, whether you are physically present or not.
If you’re planning to open another location, already managing multiple outlets, or ready to stop guessing your way through growth, this room is for you.
Come ask real questions, learn from people who have built and scaled businesses, and develop a clearer strategy for your business in 2027.

₦250,000 and a full day away from your business. Is it worth it?
If you’re considering Structure & Scale Retreat 2.0, that’s a fair question. I know how carefully founders have to weigh every expense, especially now.
But I also know how much we can lose through unclear responsibilities, poor hiring decisions, weak processes, inadequate execution capabilities, poor data insights and growth plans that never become action. Those costs rarely arrive as one obvious bill. They show up in repeated mistakes, lost customers, wasted stock and a founder who has to supervise everything.
Sometimes, we need to step away long enough to see what needs to change.
That’s why I am recommending the Structure & Scale Retreat 2.0, hosted by my partner and So Fresh co-founder, Abimbola Balogun. I’ll also be speaking on Leadership Intelligence, sharing lessons on developing managers, sharing responsibility and helping others lead.
Alongside me:
• @AyoBankole will help you turn growth ambitions into a clear strategy with measurable revenue and profit goals.
• @Babajiide will unpack execution frameworks, repeatable processes and using data to improve operations.
• @Triciabiz will explore how strategic marketing translates into customers, sales and repeat business.
• @JoyceeAwosika will share lessons on expanding across locations without losing control.
• @Abimsbalogun will address the people systems needed to hire, develop and retain a capable team.
Bring the challenges you’re currently working through. There’ll be speed coaching, practical tools and conversations with other founders who understand the pressure of building.
You’ll also receive a growth strategy document, speaker replays and three months of post-retreat coaching to support implementation.
One day won’t do the work for you. But it can help you see the problem more clearly, make better decisions and leave knowing what to do next.

Meetings don’t solve problems. Decisions and execution do. That’s why every meeting should end with three things: what needs to happen, who owns it, and by when.
If people leave your meeting without knowing what must happen next, it’s not much different from having a beer parlour gist session. Meetings should not end with good ideas, strong opinions, and general agreement with no clear action.
Why the same issues come up week after week, is often because nobody took ownership.
So, before every meeting ends, confirm:
1. What needs to happen? Agree on the specific next action.
2. Who owns it? Assign responsibility to one person, not “the team.”
3. By when? Set a clear and realistic deadline.
Clear actions, owners and deadlines are what turn meetings into progress.
