4/ There are a thousand details like that in Hence. You don't notice any of them when playing, that's the point. They just add up to a game that feels effortless. I wrote up the thinking behind the game design principles: blog.atguy.com/2026/10/hence… Play here: hencegame.com

3/ Every tile has to be recognizable at 16 pixels and unique enough that you never mix two up. I tested them all in grayscale and made different detail versions for different sizes. That cost me a slime monster (too close to the ghost), a lava lamp, and a bunch of cute sidekicks.

2/ I went through a lot of styles before landing on the right one. What finally worked was making everything look like a toy: chunky, bold, and simple, with just enough detail to have personality.

1/ The hardest part of building Hence Daily Logic Puzzle wasn't the puzzle generator. It was the art. 🧡

I spoke too soon, Muse was just mentioned a few times in the talk I just attended right before the end.

I'm at a tech conference with a few thousand people and haven't noticed a single person with Meta glasses. Also, surpsingly Muse wasn't mentioned at all. I was expecting to see/hear both among this crowd.

I just had a conversation today with somebody who is sure AI will be bad for humanity, not in the sense that it will kill us all, but that it will just take over and people will be doomed. I'm more optimistic than that and think it will free up manpower to do more creative tasks
The amazing thing about this quote is that it was written in the 60s (Dune was first published in 1965).

Nope. You think that's the key?

It seems like the more often I post on Twitter (yea I still call it Twitter) the less average reach my tweets (X's?) get. Is that just me?

I was with OpenClaw when all the hype starting in the beginning of the year but it messed up too many times so it became very frustrating. The switch to Hermes Agent was very very easy and it has been really stable and reliable.

I still can't believe how much more stable Hermes agent is compared to what OpenClaw was. Is anybody still using OpenClaw? I'm 90% Muse and 10% Hermes and Muse is probably gaining a bigger share the more I use it.

What what what? You can run a real website INSIDE a tweet?!? Since when has this been an option and why aren't we seeing a ton of people doing this?
this week I learned: you can run a real website INSIDE a tweet 🀯 people click, type and play in it without ever leaving the timeline 3 days ago I saw @tarasshyn do it since then I've shipped 3: - a multiplayer pile where you throw others - a red pill vs blue pill tower defense game - my newsletter signup (it's the card below, try it) here's exactly how: 1. add the player card tags to your page twitter:card = player twitter:player = the URL X loads inside the tweet twitter:player:width = 640, height = 480 twitter:image = the poster people see first 2. let X embed your page add a frame-ancestors header that allows X .com and remove any X-Frame-Options 3. post the exact final URL https + www, zero redirects 4. build for the sandbox X runs your page in a locked frame -> forms don't submit (send with fetch), no login, open links in a new tab 5. design for 2 screens desktop: it runs inside the tweet mobile: people see the image, tap, and X's panel covers the bottom 30% of your page check it live πŸ‘‡
