NO it’s not. Period pain is a sign of hormonal imbalance and actually isn’t normal, just common. Periods should be: - 100% pain free - short - easy to manage If not, then you run the risk for other complications later like endometriosis, PCOS, etc. These conditions have ruined lives. Aleve, Ibuprofen, etc effect the liver and kidneys when used frequently. It shouldn’t be normal to NEED medication each month, for anything. I don’t have period pain anymore. I started focusing on hormonal balance and now I don’t won’t even know it’s coming unless I check the calendar. I don’t have to avoid activities around my flow or stop my day and go home because i’m feeling unwell. uh uh. What I did to get rid of my period pain: - Started drinking a custom tea blend - Removed inflammatory oils like canola and sunflower from my diet (easier to do than you think) That’s it. That’s the sauce. Now i look forward to my period bc i know i’m gonna be looking my skinniest when it’s over and i don’t have to suffer for it 😊 The tea i drink is called Goddess Tea, if anyone wants the link i can share it with you
