Circle freezes $823M $USDC. Tether freezes $971M $USDT amid an apparent Binance hack.
We escaped nation-state central banks... only to build a one-world financial system where three corporations play global government in a group chat.
Satoshi would be so proud.
JUST IN: Circle freezes $823 million $USDC linked to suspected Binance hack.

Litecoin hit an all time high in 2021, I donβt know what the big controversy is lol!! Oh wait, I do knowβ¦ an agenda exists to suppress the price of @litecoin and I think a lot of us know who is behind it.

This is why crypto is in an ice age. People donβt run their own nodes anymore. They outsource everything to centralized companies & projects.
The point of crypto was decentralized freedom. Not centralized tyranny. Run a full node. $BTC $DGB $LTC $DASH $DOGE
Of the top 500 cryptos by market cap, only 27 let an everyday person run a full node at home.
That's 5.4%.
If regular people can't check the chain themselves, they're just trusting whoever can.
$BTC, $LTC, digibyte:native and $DOGE pass that test. See who else does: BlockIndex.AI

Chris Finch on the leagues efforts to slow down the amount of flopping
βWell, hereβs what my take on itβ¦ I was all for the league cleaning up flopping, you know, when I heard they were going to do itβ¦ unfortunately I think the league has their own definition of what a flop is, which is needed but confusing when like you see a flop, everyone kind of knows what it is. It doesnβt really need to be overly explained. I think where they got it wrong is all these flops are coming on the defense and thatβs not what the people want out of the game. They want the flops on the offensive players out of the game. You know, the league was very intentional about saying the fans didnβt want to see flopping but thatβs not the flopping, they donβt care if a defender spills down and shouts. What they care is that the offensive players are baiting the game and falling down and getting unnecessary free throws. Thatβs what they care about because thatβs not really in the spirit of what anyone wants to tune in and watchβ

My one and only political post/prediction this season:
Trump/MAGA will of course challenge numerous election outcomes that do not go their way (TX, MI, AK, etc.)
He will have Mike Johnson fire House Clerk Kevin McCumber to prevent the seating any new members of congress

No one said decentralization was straightforward.
No one said it was organized.
No one said it had all the answers.
Here is the truth:
Decentralization is messy, raw, real, purpose-driven, slow, and deliberate. There is no exclusive club. The door is open to anyone willing to help make the blockchain better.
There is more good than bad. Yes, crypto has bad actors, and because of them, earning trust takes time.
We are building in an anonymous and private systemβone that has already begun to reshape the world and will continue to do so. But that system is also under pressure from centralized companies and governments.
As we move closer to stabilizing DigiDollar, those attacks will become more visible. I believe @jaredctate understands this better than most because it is where his focus remains.
DigiDollar is the worldβs first truly decentralized, UTXO-based, over-collateralized stablecoin. As its supply, integrations, and listings continue to grow, more people will begin to understand what it represents.
The attention will increase. The criticism will increase. Other projects will try to copy it.
Good.
We would not be DigiByte investors if we did not understand what disruption looks like.
DigiDollar is focused on one of the most important challenges in using crypto as money:
Decentralized stability.
I believe that focus could make it even more disruptive than Bitcoin over the long term.
Join the movement. $DGB
