In Texas, breaking down cumulative turnout by precinct buckets paints a pretty stark picture. In precincts that Harris won by 30% or more, we're at 101% of turnout compared to this point in 2024. 100% of turnout in the 15-30% bucket and 102.5% of turnout for the 0-15% bucket.
