Regardless of ANYTHING, Elizabeth Lane still:
1. Privately threatened to “bury” me for investigating her past, while simultaneously threatening me with legal action.
2. She attempted to manage smaller creators by demanding that they not talk to certain individuals.
3. Used her private text messages with other (VERY) large creators to influence smaller creators. (Not only breaking confidentiality with those who she was texting with, but in turn using their credibility to legitimize her own agenda).
4. Tried to coordinate a group chat to go after an individual. (I can agree with her conclusion, but still maintain that this is not how people acting in good faith behave or deal with someone they disagree with).
5. I strongly believe that she was partially responsible for the smear campaign against Billie Webb, considering her close association with the individuals involved.
6. When she was finally exposed she called others in the group chat SCREAMING at them demanding that they comment on my posts, show her my messages with them, etc.
Absolutely mental.
The list goes on, but in conclusion, Elizabeth Lane absolutely deserves no apologies whatsoever.

What has been released is what we already spent an entire episode covering: Charlie was at home with a nanny watching the game on the evening of the 8th. It’s literally on our OFFICIAL timeline. Charlie’s whereabouts were never in question. He discussed the Bear game extensively on his show the following evening— which we also revealed.

Please let me know if Erika Kirk or an official publication or TPUSA spokesman is claiming that Erika herself recorded footage of Charlie with his kids on September 8th. We would be happy to accept that statement, officially. In fact, we have spent over a year politely asking for it.

Having a perspective and a belief of Tyler’s guilt or innocence based on personal consumption of evidence is the process we are all entitled to.
