Election integrity is the foundation of public trust. @MaxForIndiana understands the responsibility of the Secretary of State's Office and is committed to ensuring Indiana's elections remain secure, accessible, and accountable.
American elections for American citizens. Period. I support voter ID, the SAVE America Act, and practical voting hours that work for working families. That’s what I’ll fight for as your next Secretary of State. 🇺🇸

Costume includes: a silver spoon, a big out-of-state donor list, and a family name. Batteries not included. Choose wisely on Nov. 3. 🎃

Our election laws are only as strong as their enforcement. Allegations like these deserve a thorough investigation, and Hoosiers deserve answers. @MaxForIndiana has emphasized that, as Secretary of State, he WILL uphold election laws, strengthen election security, and hold those who violate the law accountable.
American elections are for American citizens. A Vigo County resident faces felony charges for allegedly registering unlawfully, committing perjury, and voting in six elections between 2018 and 2024 despite being a noncitizen. I commend @ToddRokitaIN and Prosecutor Terry Modesitt for pursuing these allegations. As Secretary of State, I’ll work with Rokita to strengthen citizenship verification and enforce our election laws. Read our full statement in the comments👇

Beau Bayh and JD Ford. Two radical peas in a pod. Too radical for Hoosiers.

Public safety shouldn't come with a loophole. @MaxForIndiana has a plan to put bad actors on notice and keep Indiana's roads safe.
A new company name shouldn’t erase an unsafe trucking company’s record. As Secretary of State, I’ll work with lawmakers and law enforcement to crack down on “chameleon carriers” that shut down and reopen under new identities to escape accountability. Close the loopholes. Stop the fraud. Protect Hoosier families. Read the full statement in the comments 👇

🚨NEW AD🚨 Hard work. Integrity. Dedication. Those are the values Kelcey and I are teaching our four children - and the values I’ll bring to the Secretary of State’s office. I’m running to serve Hoosiers and continue building an Indiana our children can be proud of. I’d be honored to earn your vote on or before November 3rd. 🇺🇸

Dangerous trucking companies shouldn't be able to escape accountability simply by changing their business name. Republican Secretary of State candidate @MaxForIndiana has a plan to crack down on these bad actors, protect legitimate trucking businesses and keep Indiana's roads safe. ✅ Read more at: shorturl.at/36HyW

Election integrity starts with ensuring only eligible U.S. citizens cast ballots. @MaxForIndiana is focused on commonsense solutions that strengthen election security, protect the integrity of every vote, and keep Indiana's elections safe and secure. Vote Max Engling for Secretary of State on or before November 3! 🇺🇸
A distinct driver’s license color for noncitizens could help election workers quickly distinguish identification at the polls. That’s the kind of commonsense solution I want to pursue to strengthen confidence in our elections. I’m the ONLY candidate committed to ensuring only U.S. citizens vote in our elections. Vote Max Engling between now and November 3 🇺🇸

Max Engling has never been charged with or convicted of reckless driving. Beau Bayh should know better than to mislead Hoosiers. He owes Max Engling and Hoosier voters a correction.
Republican candidate for Indiana Secretary of State Max Engling today demanded that Beau Bayh withdraw his latest attack ad and correct its false claim about Engling’s driving record, or face a lawsuit. Max Engling has never been charged with or convicted of reckless driving. Yet Bayh’s advertisement features a police officer claiming Engling has been convicted of that offense eight times, which is libelous. Read the full statement in the comments 👇

This is rich coming from a dude who forgot to put disclaimers on his “party” website.
This morning, I filed a lawsuit in Marion County Superior Court asking the court to order the Indiana Election Commission to meet before the November 3 election to consider the four campaign finance complaints pending in the Secretary of State’s race. Hoosier voters deserve stronger accountability and transparency in the conduct of our elections. Today I am asking the Indiana Election Commission to meet, which it has not done since July. It is ignoring four complaints filed in the Secretary of State’s race. Early voting has already started. Traditionally, the Commission meets in September, which did not happen this year. Not meeting is an abandonment of duties. The current makeup of the Commission is two Republicans and two Democrats. This is a system designed to fail. The two parties are protecting themselves, rather than protecting the integrity of voting and elections in Indiana. The non-action of the Indiana Election Commission, its failure to meet, and its disregard of its duty to Hoosiers is why I have taken legal action asking the Commission to convene – and the courts to ensure that happens. We are not asking for a particular outcome; that is entirely up to the Commission, but we are asking the Commission to do its job by holding a meeting on any complaints that have been filed to date and take action well before Election Day, so voters have all the information they deserve. Transparency and accountability are the cornerstone of rebuilding trust in the Secretary of State’s office and in our elections. To get there, the Commission should make decisions before the election and enforce campaign finance laws. The Indiana Election Commission should convene a meeting, do its job, and get to work on behalf of Hoosier voters. I ask my fellow candidates to join me in making this request.

"Fire all Republicans." "We have guns too." Sounds extreme to me. Make your plan to vote today. Early voting is open. Election Day is Nov. 3.

One nepo baby just bankrolled another. Illinois billionaire JB Pritzker wrote Beau Bayh a $10,000 check. Pritzker doesn’t live here, doesn’t vote here, and doesn’t answer to Hoosiers. Why is the Illinois governor spending money in an Indiana election? That’s a $10,000 question.

From six cents to common sense! 🇺🇸🐘 Thanks to Republican leadership, Indiana is on stronger financial footing, and Comptroller @Elise_Nieshalla is working to keep it that way! 🗳️Early voting is underway! Make your plan and vote Republican by November 3.
“From Six Cents to Common Sense” – Republican leadership turned our State around financially. In 2002, with Democrats in charge, Indiana had only six cents in the bank and owed millions to our schools. Today, we have a balanced budget, healthy reserves, low debt, well-funded pensions and a AAA credit rating. Six Cents to Common Sense. Vote early. Vote now. Vote Republican.
